Mizuki furrows her eyebrows in confusion, lips parted but only a whisper escapes its cusps, one that even she fails to understand. Len, on the other hand, is unsurprised and maintains his smile which falls ever so slightly as he nods knowingly.
"I'm sorry—I don't know what you're talking about. That can't be possible," she demands, wrinkles on her forehead from the way her eyebrows are creased so deeply.
Hinata leans against the edge of the couch, arms folded with a spatula in one hand from having left halfway through cooking.
"I assure you, I only speak of the truth. The reason there was a constant conflict between the regions since Astra was broken is because each region wanted more and more power. An elemental energy dominates each region—and with Octantis' one gone, the magic there is weak and ultimately affects mages local to the area. People are selfish, that's why they won't want Astra to be put together."
