Mizuki takes the platter in her hands, a selection of foods laid upon banana leaves on a silver plate. She has never quite seen a dish like this before but it looks something like she's seen in Japanese cuisine. It has somewhat of a roasted smell to it, likely the charred fish alongside turmeric rice and curry.
"We don't have chefs around here so I had to make it myself. I'm only familiar with the cuisine from my hometown, Canopus, so forgive me if it doesn't suit your tastes," Gaia apologises before pulling a chair closer to the bed for her to sit.
Grace simply makes herself comfortable on the bed when she realises Mizuki isn't opposed to it.
"Thank you. It means a lot to me," Mizuki admits truthfully, helping herself to the food. She's not well-acquainted with eating with her hands but intends on respecting the lunch in the way it's meant to be eaten.
