Mizuki finishes dinner quickly due to Emory's urges and her constant requests in-between bites of food for her to eat faster and join her for her favourite show that's about to come on.
She'd actually hoped that she would be able to savour the food, especially since Brandon's mother had taken the time out of her evening to prepare traditional soba, served with an assortment of sides that do justice to her cultural cuisine.
Mizuki has yet to mention the fact that she isn't properly from here and she's just been savouring fragments of what reminds her of her real home.
