She inhales deeply into the air, the aroma lingering for a definite few seconds before it fades. It doesn't hit her how strange it is until she notices there is no chance for there to be a scent of the ocean since the windows are closed and covered with blinds.
Mizuki shrugs, deciding the door must've been left open for a while, allowing the seabreeze in. She rubs the back of her messy head nonchalantly while she slides off the bed, lightly arranging it, though it isn't as unorganised as she expected before turning back to it.
The earlier dream has faded because of the overlapping thoughts of the current moment, leaving Mizuki with nothing but an icky feeling that's partly unsatisfying and leaves her wondering about what exactly feels off.
