"Ah, I see," Mizuki's voice softens into a bare whisper out of embarrassment as she tucks a strand of hair behind her ear. She rocks her weight on her heels as she proceeds to look around, wondering what's left to do now that her apologies have been said.
It'd probably get too stiff if she tried to stay and now that she's here, it'd be easy to give a simple reason about how she's unwell to get Sho's word of approval to go.
Mizuki purses her lips at her decision and something within her tells her she isn't happy. She averts her gaze back to Hinata and turns out, he's been staring at the ground, face still flushed.
"I don't have anything to do here, I guess, I think I should go home."
"Oh," Hinata laments. He lowers his head and Mizuki clutches onto the strap of her bag, swallowing hard as she realises that it's best that she leaves while the silence offers her a chance.
