The forest consisted out of enormous trees that had a width which was five times greater than Xin Feng's. The trees were distant from each other, letting enough light reach the lands. Dried leaves, similar to the size that Xin Feng had used to cook with the fish, lay almost everywhere on the ground. Flowers were standing proud and happy due to the beautiful morning sun, and a few foxes could be seen running around.
The thing about the trees were that their trunk were hollow inside. Xin Feng had discovered such a fact when he had climbed one of the trees to pick the leaves that he could use as an ingredient. With such a discovery, it was something that could be useful for making a good camp and a hiding spot for Maeda. That's why, what Xin Feng did, was punch a hole big enough for a big person to crawl in. The hole was at least a meter high and it had the shape of a planoconvex, which was necessary for stopping wild animals like normal land-snakes and wolfs from entering.
