The two who just spoke were Jillian and the priest that Xin Feng met before.
The priest and his followers had gone from their church to see what the two powerful beings were, and met a few people there and there as a result. For apparent reasons, they couldn't hear or speak with a group people due to some barrier, but luckily, they were able to find a small group of people who they could finally communicate with.
