I open my eyes slowly and was surprised that I can even open my eyes in the first place. But... What more surprising is... I am alive! And I am lying on a female's hands? And her breasts are big! It seems like that horse is a messenger giving a message to the soldier riding the horse we are riding now. After relaying the message the messenger slow his horse speed probably to block the enemy way from catching up to us.
"My lady! I have receive a message saying that Knight Cecil will catch up to us soon and will be the one that carry your lady and the young master out from this battlefield!"
"Cecil is coming...? Then what about the frontline?!"

Suddenly the horse carriage was blown away! But I was saved because the girl cast a protection spell around us as the horse carriage explode. It was a split second but she moves so fast to cast that spell. Is this what people calls mother intuition?
But, even so... She could not save the soldier and the horse just now... Maybe because it was quick that the protection magic have limit or maybe the spell itself have restriction I don't know.
Looking at the state of the dead soldier and the dead horse bathing in blood after being blown to pieces makes me about to puke so I looks away.
But what waiting in front of me and the girl, my mother.... is an enemy... An another world soldier wearing armor like the knight from the midvieal age Europe!
My mother hold me strongly as she don't want to let me go and fall into the enemy hands.
As we are worrying about the situation we are in I heard a roar of animal that I have never heard before...

A wyvern from the sky flies through the battlefield in such an elegant way! The soldier riding the wyvern takes out his sword and beheaded the enemy soldier in a single slash. The sudden death of the enemy soldier shock me and I was speechless and become scared of the sight.
The wyvern flapping it wings and land in front of us and the soldier riding it a young guy maybe in his 30s get down from the wyvern . He have a red eyes and red hair with a slim yet muscular body. He gives a salute to us by putting his right arm at his heart and kneel down.
"My lady, I am ready to be in your service."
"Cecil... If you are here... then does that means..."

Suddenly a fire magic spell fly toward us but it missed. It's my first time looking at real fire magic spell so I was intrigued by it! But it's really scary feeling it for real too, especially when it's so close to hit us.

He said that as he turn his face toward the wyvern. 'Are we going to ride the wyvern?!' I said in my mind excitedly. The soldier just now guide my mother to ride the wyvern. She wrap around a rope around her body and me probably to makes me stay and not fall down. The soldier ride the wyvern then and tames it to flap it wings and fly up toward the sky! Flying and feeling the sky on a mythical creature, there's no way any man won't feel excited by it!
