in a hospital room you can see a thin and weak looking but tall 17 year old man laying in a bed. this young man's name is Andrew Del los Reyes, he has a stage 4 cancer and he might die any moment.

while Andrwe is trying to figure out where he is, a rift in space appeared and a white haired and bearded old man came out from the other side of the rift.
after seeing this Andrew was shock and at same time a little bit scared.
"woaaahhh, what the hell" Andrew said in a surprised tone.
"who are you old man?, are you also a dead person just like me?" Andrew asked.
"whohoho, to answer your question , no i am not, i am actually God the creator of the multiverse"answered God.

"ehh you can read my mind?" Andrew asked in a shocked tone.
"of course i can, i already told you i am God" God answered
" ohh yeah i forgot, so? what are you doing here God"Andrew asked
"well , as you can see nothing should exist in here and if ever someone other than me enter this space they're body or soul would have been destroyed, but not only you a mere soul was able to enter this space but also survived, that's is why i find this interesting" God said
"ohh, so what would happen to me now?" asked Andrew
"whohoho, that's a surprise being able to stay calm even after hearing all of that"said in a interested type of tone.
"well I'm already dead so what's the point of being scared"Andrew answered.
"and yeah to answer your previous question, i would like to give you a chance to reincarnate in another world with your memories intact" God said answering Andrew's previous question
"okay, i accept it's not like i would lose anything with me being dead, but what world would i reincarnate ?" Andrew said.
"well here's the thing you can pick which world you would like to reincarnate but you are not allowed to go back to your previous world. and i will give you 5 wishes" God said to Andrew

"okay, for the world i will reincarnate i would like to be in the world of Windbreaker and i would like to have a hair color similar to bokuto and to be the older brother of shelly with a 1 year gap , so for my first wish please ensure that my family back on earth to be able to live happily and safe, for my second wish i would like to have Nash's belial eye from kuroko no basket, for my third wish i would like to have a modern system, and for fourth wish i would like to have a athletic body and a mind that can cope up to everything that i learn, and lastly i would like to have instant mastery" Andrew stated his wishes
"okay good , but i will lower the level of your instant mastery because it will be too op in the world you will reincarnate," God said
"okay that's fine, thank you so much for giving me this opportunity God"Andrew sincerely thanked God
