Chapter 33 - Peter's Killing Ground

Half an hour later, Peter had driven his motorcycle to an abandoned military base in the suburbs of Washington.

Ha!

So they had laid an ambush here in advance, waiting for him to run over and surround him.

Were these 'police' really scared silly by him?

What they didn't know was that the original plan to surround Peter had long been seen through by him.

What a joke!

Peter activated his god-level tracking skill and discovered the problem. There were 30 red dots hiding in this abandoned military base.

They were waiting for him to take the bait and close the door to capture them.

Your plan is going to fail!

Peter did not care at all. He even felt that closing the door would make it easier for him to kill them. He did not have to worry about them escaping.

At that moment, the abandoned military base was completely silent.

No one would have thought that there were 30 heavily armed criminals hiding inside.

They were all hiding in advantageous positions, forming a complementary tactical formation.

If one of them was attacked, the accomplices hiding nearby would immediately retaliate.

"Oh my god! The Washington police department has come up with a new trick again. The Escape Program team is really cooperative. They don't even care about their reputation for the viewership ratings."

"That's right. They might as well kidnap the god here and shoot each of them once. That would be more shameful."

"You guys don't understand. That's what makes it interesting. Watching the god is like a game. Isn't it nice to kill them one by one?"

Just as the audience in the live broadcast room was complaining, Peter took the initiative to launch an attack.

His first target was a sniper lying on the roof of a building.

The distance of the sniper was 200 meters away. At such a distance, a handgun would not be able to hit him. A fully automatic rifle would be able to, but its accuracy would be greatly reduced.

Peter observed the terrain. With the cover of the buildings, this was a blind spot for the sniper. There was no way to lock on to him.

There were many buildings around, with their windows still intact. Peter was a little surprised at this fact.

Abandoned military bases like these were usually old and unusable. Hooligans usually broke the windows or the elements would have.

It seemed that this was a place specially chosen by the Washington police, Peter suddenly felt that this could be a huge trap.

That was because when Peter had been following Mole, he had discovered that there really were weapons in this world that surpassed normal weapons available to the public.

The scene of Mole being hit by the gun was still in Peter's mind.

[God-level parkour] activated.

Peter's movements resembled an agile monkey, he was climbing to the top of the building with ease and climbed down the other side.

The view here was much better for him to get a better shot, but he knew that it would also open himself up to a sniper's shot. He did not hesitate to take the sniper out first.

Bang!

Peter pulled the trigger, and the bullet from the fully automatic rifle penetrated the sniper's head.

After shooting out one shot in less than a second, Peter rolled over and directly jumped to the top of an adjacent building.

At this time, on the left side of the sniper that Peter had killed, an accomplice who was ready to provide backup had discovered Peter's location.

However, his reaction was too slow. These felons who pretended to be policemen had never received any sniper training before.

The results were disastrous, by the time he could react he already lost sight of Peter and shot at the point where Peter was instead of where he currently is.

Bang!

There was another gunshot. Peter had pulled the trigger and shot another sniper.

At this time, of the 30 felons guarding the abandoned military base, two had died.

These two deaths caused the felons to lose their advantage of having a vantage point to take out Peter.

This was equivalent to giving handing themselves over to Peter.

Would Peter have mercy on them?

Of course not!

The sound of gunshots constantly rang out on the roof. With every shot, a felon fell to the ground and died.

In just a few minutes, nine more felons had been shot to death by Peter even though they were trying their best to run away.

Nineteen felons were still alive.

They reacted quickly and immediately adjusted their positions, using the machine gun in their hands to suppress Peter.

The wall that Peter was using to hide from gunfire was becoming thinner and thinner due to fast firing machine gun.

Peter was shocked as the wall comprised of a high-strength steel frame and concrete wall, he felt that these 'police' were at their wits end.

They had not cared about the consumption of bullets, they went all out.

They wanted the bullets to breakthrough the wall and hit Peter.

Only then would the felons feel a sense of relief.

When Peter had killed their fellow men, they felt anger and were stimulated to take revenge.

Returning to prison would just be to wait for death, even if the officers in prison had no trouble with them, the other felons would beat them up or even kill them.

This time, the police department had went all out by bringing most of the hardy felons out of prison to capture Peter.

Washington prison did not care who died for this, they just wanted to see all of them died so that they would have more money for their own pockets.

In the end, all the accomplices that they brought out died. Even if they were lucky enough to survive, they would be killed by the other felons when they returned to prison.

There was nothing they could do. Previously in the prison, every felon had a few enemies, and they were the kind of people who would die under weird circumstances.

Now, there was only one path in front of these felons. They could capture Peter and obtain their freedom or die trying.

"Damn it! Let's attack together. I don't believe that he can take on all of us, no matter how good this Peter's marksmanship is, we can charge out together. As long as there are still people alive, we have a chance!"

Hmph!

Peter had guessed their thoughts. This was an abandoned military base. They had no worries about accidentally hitting a civilian. They could really go all out.

He could not fight them head on.

Peter ran back to the position of the gate and rushed out on his motorcycle.

They would have to chase after him.

Half an hour later, he drove his motorcycle into downtown Washington and entered a parking lot.

This was the parking lot of a hospital, and it was filled with all kinds of vehicles.

Peter had been to the largest hospital in Washington back when he graduated from university.

There were many people in the hospital, and not every place was monitored. It was a good place to hide.

Peter quickly walked into the hospital and observed the hall of the hospital.

He was looking for a way to hide.

"I found Peter. He ran into the hospital."

After hearing the report from his accomplice, one of the felons immediately replied, "Enter the hospital as soon as possible. We will block all the exits of the hospital from the outside. He will definitely not be able to escape."

"Okay, but you have to replace us in half an hour. Of course, that is if we are still alive."

The remaining 11 felons heard this over walkie-talkies.

The atmosphere was awkward.
