Navar's brow furrows in confusion, his eyes narrowing as he observes Niack's small size. "This guy is supposed to be strong? He's smaller than his other siblings."
"Don't underestimate him because of his stature. He's a lot more powerful than he looks," says Chonozori.
Enmal's gaze turns to Chonozori, and he sees a striking similarity to Watsumoto. "You must be Watsumoto's seed. If that's the case, for all the pain your father caused mine, I'll return the favor..." He charges at Chonozori with incredible speed, overpowering his defense and causing him to collide with a tree.
"He's fast!" Navar thinks to himself. Enmal redirects his attention to Navar, rushing toward him with incredible velocity. Navar's grip on his sword tightens as he plants his feet, readying himself for the impact. "Shining Sword: Okayasu Parry!" Navar parries Enmal's swipe, creating some space between them.
Enmal smiles as Navar demonstrates his strength, his eyes glinting with amusement and a hint of challenge. "You're faster than I thought you would be, but..." Enmal materializes instantly before Navar, causing his heart to race as he realizes his insufficient reaction time. "Not fast enough. " Enmal delivers a brutal gut punch, causing a surge of pain through his body. Before Navar can recover, Enmal delivers a powerful kick, sending Navar flying through the air.
"Dang, he's getting it handed to him!" Miri gives Yimono a quick glance, her eyes darting towards him for a split second. "Hey, give me a hand in taking this guy down!"
"Got it," says Yimono.
Together, they bolt forward, the earth trembling beneath their rapid strides. Miri propels herself forward, her leg slot equipped with One Dagger. As she leaps, she channels JōKai Exertion, enhancing the impact of her flying kick with an explosive burst of energy. "One Dark Dagger: Fierce Javelin!"
Yimono finds himself encased within a colossal green boar avatar, its palms positioned as if ready to push. "Mystic Martial Arts Way Of The Boar Inner Beast Technique: Strong Force!"
In a shocking twist, Enmal emerges behind Miri and Yimono with lightning speed, leaving them stunned and breathless. Their hearts race as he taps their shoulders and leans in to whisper in their ears. "I'm right behind you."
Miri's spine tingles with an icy shiver, as fear and curiosity intertwine within her. "How is he so fast?"
Enmal's claws strike with savage force, leaving deep gashes on Miri and Yimono's backs. The excruciating pain forces them to scream and collapse onto the ground. Enmal leaps into the air, his hands joined together, and delivers a powerful blow that sends both Yimono and Miri crashing into the unforgiving terrain.
Seiju watches Enmal's strength, feeling a slight shiver run down his spine, accompanied by a growing sense of unease. "Yikes, not only is he lightning quick, but he's also unnaturally strong," Seiju thinks to himself. "Fighting him head-on isn't a good idea. However, his back is turned. I can get a good shot off on him if I'm lucky enough."
With a focused intensity, Seiju channels an immense amount of Flame JōKai into his bow, readying for the shot. As he employs JōKai Exertion to draw back the arrow, he can feel the tension in his muscles, preparing for the powerful release that sends the arrow hurtling toward Enmal. "Flame Bow: Uni Arrow Shot."
Seiju blinks in confusion as Enmal disappears into thin air, disorienting him. ". "He just vanished! Where did he go?"
"Here,". Enmal reappears before Seiju, his sudden presence startling him like a gust of wind. Enmal's slap on Seiju is so powerful that it launches him into a tumultuous obstacle course filled with boulders, trees, and scattered objects. The impact is so intense that it leaves Seiju unconscious, his body limp and lifeless.
"Seiju!" says Mei
"Mei, we need Chitose to trap him with one of her binding spells. Once he's immobilized, the three of us will unleash a powerful attack to weaken him," says Astran.
"That's all well and good, Astran, but how do we keep him occupied long enough for Chitose to work her magic?" asks Mei.
"I have an idea. I'll summon a colossal creature to engage him, hopefully distracting him long enough for me to trap him within a binding spell," says Chitose.
"Great plan, Chitose. I can also send some flying creatures to prolong the distraction if needed," says Chonozori.
"Good, I'll get on it now!". Chitose shuffles in her robes, the sensation of something small and furry moving against her palm as she reveals a rat from her pockets. "I call upon the forces of alteration, Magic Spell Fairy Alchemy: Size Alteration!" The rat, now towering over everything in its path, charges toward Enmal.
"Interesting choice of a spell," As Enmal leaps in its path, he extends his hand, effortlessly bringing it to a sudden stop. "That was a lot easier than I thought."
"Don't worry, I'll help out," says Chonozori. Chonozori enters a meditative state, and suddenly, the forest is filled with the cawing and fluttering of crow-like creatures that swarm around Enmal.
"Grah! I hate these things!" Enmal waves his arms to disperse the swarm of crows that surround him.
"Good, not only did he walk into my bind! He's still! Time to trap him! I call upon the forces of the supernatural to keep my opponent within my grasp. Magic Spell Fairy Binding: Five Handed Bind!" Enmal is ensnared in an unyielding hold as five glimmering strands are wrapped around him. Enmal tugs and pulls, trying to escape the tight grip of the strands. "Grab, I hate magic sometimes!"
"Astran, Mei now!" says Chitose.
Astran assumes a summoning stance, and as she does, Cosmic JōKai materializes in her hand, growing until it transforms into a radiant orb of energizing power. The pulsating energy pulsates with such intensity that it creates a radiant glow, casting a mesmerizing illumination on everything around. "Cosmic Summoning: Stardust Burst!" The ball of energy transforms into a powerful blast, hurtling through the air towards Enmal.
Mei summons a massive amount of Flame JōKai in her hands, the intense heat making her palms tingle, then sends an endless volley of bolts toward Enmal. "Flame Summoning: Descending Ember Volley!" The attacks strike Enmal simultaneously, resulting in a colossal explosion that unleashes a powerful shockwave, obliterating countless trees and objects nearby.
"You got him! Good job!" says Chitose.
A cloud of smoke envelops Enmal, leaving everyone anticipating an update on the battle condition. "With that explosion, you'd think that would do it," says Astran.
Maniacal laughter echoes as the thick smoke dissipates, sending shivers down their spines. As they look upon Enmal, they see a striking contrast between his unblemished face and his skin, marred by a massive burn mark and a gaping scar on his torso. "Your skin got scorched from our attacks. Why do you laugh?" asks Astran.
Enmal's laughter continues as they watch in awe as his skin regenerates, healing itself from the damage. "Because… no matter how much damage I sustain. My body can regenerate…"
Chitose's eyes widen in disbelief, struggling to grasp the reality of what she's seeing. "N-no way, he can heal!"
Enmal vanishes from sight, leaving everyone in a state of gripping fear. "Everyone retreat! We need to find another way to defeat him!" says Mei.
As Mei speaks, Enmal reappears before them, his presence announced by the sharp sound of his claws slashing through the air. He strikes Chitose, Astran, and Chonozori, rendering them unconscious. "What a shame. I thought you all would be a bigger challenge than that."
"Guess I'm on my own now," Mei conjures a massive ball of Flame JōKai, feeling its scorching heat radiating in her palm, and propels it towards Enmal. "Flame Summoning: Searing Heat Ball!" Her attack connects, causing Enmal to emit a piercing cry of agony. With determination, Mei conjures two flames, feeling their warmth in each hand, and propels herself into the air. "Flame Summoning JōKai Elemental Fusion Technique: Endless Ember Volley!" She sends a relentless onslaught of fiery projectiles, each imbued with the force of Wind JōKai, hurtling towards Enmal. The resulting explosion engulfs the area, enveloping him in a cloud of smoke. When the haze dissipates, Mei's attention shifts to Jax. "Jax, take everyone to safety. They're not ready for this fight against Enmal,"
Jax's eyes widen in alarm, his heart pounding, as he spots Enmal preparing to attack Mei. "Behind you!"
Mei's reflexes kick in with lightning speed as she evades Enmal's claw. "I can tell you're stronger than the others I've defeated. I guess I have to step it up a notch...". Enmal's body undergoes a dramatic transformation, stretching upwards and expanding.
Mei's body quivers with fear as she locks eyes with Enmal, his claws poised to strike, radiating a blood-lusted aura. "This isn't good. This fight is about to become ten times harder..."
