The door slammed open, almost hitting Bai Lun who stood guard outside of the room. Fortunately, he stepped aside in time to avoid having a flat face.
The Crown Prince of Wu stormed out of the room with a face darker than abyss. Bai Lun partially wondered what exactly had happened inside. He heard shouting and loud thudding.
Wu Jiangfeng stepped out of the room and shut it with a loud slam, taking a very deep breath and exhaled. The redhead prince stayed rooted to his place, rubbing his forehead in frustration. Bai Lun watched him sway a little and reached out to steady him, but the Crown Prince waved him off.
"Take her back."
"Yes, Your Royal Highness, but what about you?" The imperial bodyguard asked.
"I…" Wu Jiangfeng sighed heavily, dragging a hand through his crimson red hair. He leaned back against the soles of his feet, moving back and forth before saying, "I need to calm myself down."
