A loud crash echoed throughout the forest and a soldier ran, stumbling on his feet. He quickly picked himself up and continued running without caring about the large cut on his legs because his life was on the line.
A mouth full of sharp fangs roared. Long and shaggy hair whoosed as the demon lunged for the running soldier. The snake-like body moved at the speed of lighting. Its attention was solely on the soldier as it moved on its stomach.
Something whipped through the forest, cutting the air with how quick it flew. The extreme speed exceeded the demon. It landed in between the demon's head before the demon even realized it. The flame from the arrow seared the demon, scorching it to death like a barbeque. The demon screeched wildly, thrashing on the ground as it tried to escape the never-ending flame.
