Chen Kai looked at her, unable to believe his eyes.
"Tonight? Why are you so sure about that?"
Qin Xiang gave him a mysterious smile.
"Did you not say you would leave tomorrow? It is not proper to delay this matter any longer. I have given this careful thought and I am confident that there will be a satisfying solution tonight."
Chen Kai was even more confused. He looked at Qin Xiang, perplexed.
"What do you mean? A satisfying solution? Are you sure that's what I think you mean?"
Qin Xiang was getting impatient.
"Since I've already said this much, just believe in me. You'll find out tonight. There's no point in saying all this right now. You had a long journey and you need to get some rest. Go take a shower and go to sleep."
Chen Kai helplessly looked at Qin Xiang. He couldn't understand how she had come up with a solution so quickly, but seeing her confidence, he had to believe her. He reluctantly went back to his room.
He didn't take a shower, as he was not in the mood.
