A smile curled up at the corner of Qin Yue's mouth, she was truly enjoying the feeling of being alone in a room with Chen Kai. Even if the two were silent, it made her feel sweet inside. Chen Kai was unsure if Qin Yue had begun to develop feelings for him.
However, he just felt that being in a room alone without saying anything was incredibly awkward. Right now, Qin Yue was not allowing him to leave so he could only reluctantly continue to stay there.
But what could the two of them do? They couldn't just stare at each other, could they?
Chen Kai looked up at the wall clock, it was only ten in the morning, and the sisters would be back home at earliest by five in the evening. Thinking about the nearly seven or eight hours in between, his heart filled with distress.
Chen Kai had no idea how he got through the whole day. It seemed like he'd spent most of the time watching TV. He had also cooked some lunch for Qin Yue, and so time wasn't as hard to put up with as he'd imagined.
