The two of them kept shopping until dusk. Qin Ying finally felt a bit tired. Chen Kai, carrying all the parcels he bought on the street, and her took a taxi back to the villa.
Chen Kai looked helplessly at Qin Ying. "Are you happy today?"
Qin Ying smiled at him. "Of course, I never knew that being happy was a neutral thing. Don't look at all the stuff we bought. We actually spent very little money."
Indeed, the two of them did not visit any brand name malls on this shopping spree. They indulged themselves in some of the most home-sick spots and ate some of the most common local snacks, all these things Qin Ying had always disdained. For some reason, the pair spent the whole day here.
It was only much later that, recalling the happy time spent that day, Qin Ying realized that it might be because of Chen Kai.
As long as you're with the one you like, you would enjoy yourself no matter where you go. Unfortunately, Qin Ying did not understand this principle at the time.
