Chen Kai's office had a visitor that day, a man dressed in a crisply tailored suit, who looked cultured with his tidy appearance, around thirty years old, wearing a pair of gold-rimmed glasses.
He looked very educated, and Chen Kai could tell that he was a successful individual.
He immediately had an ominous premonition but since the visitor had come, he couldn't just ignore him, so he stood up and forced a smile.
"I don't seem to recognize you."
The only response was a courteous nod and a smile before sitting down opposite Chen Kai.
"You're so busy with work, how do you find the time to meet with people who aren't important? However, I've indeed heard a lot about you. Let's not waste time on small talk, I know your company has fallen into a financial crisis."
"And it's on the brink of bankruptcy. I see the value in your company and want to acquire it. Do you wish to consider it?"
