"No, we had dinner together last night, laughing and talking."
"Are your rooms close to each other?"
"Close, including mine, our nine rooms are pretty much connected." Feng Wen nodded.
"Did you hear anyone knocking on Liu Jie's door this morning?" Zheng Ming asked further.
"No, I only heard Liu Jie's scream as she fell." Feng Wen shook her head, then followed up with a question, "Captain Zheng, are you suggesting that Liu Jie was pushed?"
Zheng Ming calmly stated, "Normally, an adult without any mental health issues wouldn't easily fall from a building. It's more likely that she was set up."
Xu Fang agreed with Zheng Ming's viewpoint and curiously asked, "Captain Zheng, isn't there surveillance in the hotel?"
Zheng Ming shook his head, "It's precisely because there's no surveillance that this case has become much more difficult."
"This is a four-star hotel, and it doesn't even have surveillance?" Feng Wen questioned in surprise.
