Bai Jingfei was strolling down an empty street when she finally came to the point she was looking for all along. It was a tall building with arched green roofs, and red and gold highlights.
It was the very definition of an oriental beauty.
Whoever built the building had fantastic taste, thought Bai Jingfei. It was just the sort of gaudy yet striking design that Bai Jingfei could appreciate. She would love to live in a flashy building like this one, as if the Bai family mansion's flashiness wasn't enough for her.
Bai Jingfei took a scroll out of the little bag she was carrying around. With a flick of her wrist, she unscrolled it and looked it up and down.
On the paper was a similar looking building, painted with black ink. Bai Jingfei couldn't tell if the painting represented the building she was looking at or some other one, due to the lack of color on it, so she looked up at the building, and then down at the scroll again a couple of times.
