Chapter 3 - PART 2 - SAME DREAM

"Give me back my husband, Fatma, you have taken Hendra from me. Why do you have the heart to do that to me Fatma, what's my fault? Hendra is my husband Fatma."

Instantly her dreams were broken, Fatma immediately woke up from her sleep. Her breath was still panting because of the dream that had just stopped in her sleep. Fatma wondered why her dreams were always the same and always the same.

Fatma turned to her husband who was still fast asleep beside her. She looked into her husband's shady face, at once a series of questions appeared in her mind.

Is there anything you are hiding from me? Because the dream always keeps coming. Fatma muttered to herself.

Fatma sighed deeply, then she rushed to the bathroom to perform ablution and perform the midnight prayer. In her prayer, Fatma asked that her household be fine, Fatma also asked Allah for guidance about her dream.

After Fatma finished praying and rubbing her face with both hands, Hendra woke up and sat on the corner of his bed. He looked at Fatma calmly, then Fatma smiled at her husband.

"Baby, let's go first. I wanted to wake you up, but I didn't have the heart to sleep." Said Fatma.

"Yes dear, this is going to take ablution. It's okay dear, you should just wake it up". Hendra replied.

Fatma smiles. "Yes, I will wake up tomorrow".

"So that's it, please take your ablution first". Said Hendra, who immediately rushed to the bathroom, while Fatma waited for Hendra until he finished the prayer.

After Hendra finished praying, he went straight to his wife, who was still awake waiting for him.

"It's finished, come sit down". Said Fatma.

"Yes, dear, suddenly I'm hungry. You don't want to make food?." Hendra muttered softly.

Fatma smiles. "Oh, God, how come the question is like that. Yes, you want it? what do you want to make?".

"Fried rice can be, dear".

"It's been a while, , I'll make it first". Said Fatma who immediately rushed to the kitchen.

Deftly Fatma immediately prepared the necessary spices. Not long after, her mother came over to her and this made her startled a little.

"What are you doing?" Said the mother.

"Oh Allah, I just scared. Just barely jumped." Fatma muttered with a small giggle. "This is, Hendra is hungry to ask me to make fried rice. Do you want it? Let Fatma make it as well." Fatma continued.

"No baby, I want to continue sleeping again. Yes, you are sure for your husband, continue to learn to be a good wife who obeys all the words of a husband".

"Yes ma'am, Insha Allah Fatma will continue to learn and keep learning".

The mother smiled and rushed back to her room, while Fatma resumed her cooking activities. When finished, Fatma also arranged the fried rice she made on the plate as beautifully as possible, then she put the beef eye egg on it.

"Alhamdulillah, it's finally over, Hendra will like it," Fatma muttered happily and immediately brought a plate of homemade fried rice.

Arriving in the room, Fatma found Hendra who was already asleep. she then tried to wake him up, but Hendra never got up either.

"Oh, Allah, it's a shame if the fried rice doesn't eat," Fatma muttered sadly, then she tried to wake Hendra up once again. Still, Hendra slept even more by hugging his bolster pillow.

Fatma was sad, she put her homemade fried rice on the small table beside Hendra's bed. Fatma gave up on waking Hendra, then she decided to go back to sleep.

The next morning Hendra woke up first and saw a plate of fried rice on his desk. Hendra also sighed, he felt guilty for his wife for falling asleep when he asked for fried rice.

Hendra tries to wake Fatma up to invite her to pray at dawn in the congregation. He looked at his wife's shady face while sleeping and it made Hendra feel even more guilty. Hendra kissed Fatma's forehead, then whispered in her ear to invite her to pray in congregation.

Fatma also opened her small eyes and her vision was still vague. Hendra smiled at her while Fatma tried to close her eyes once more and then opened them again, only then her vision was clear and not dim.

"Hendra". Said Fatma.

"Yes dear, let's wake up, let's pray at dawn in the congregation. I'm sorry, dear, I overslept all night. The fried rice didn't eat it". Hendra replied.

"Yes, it's okay,, let's pray". Take Fatma.

They both immediately rushed to the bathroom for ablution. After the prayer, Fatma rushed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for her husband.

Now that her job as a housewife has made her accustomed to it, Fatma is very happy to do it. What's more, she has a husband who loves her so much?

"Honey, go to work first. Don't get tired at home" Said Hendra.

"Yes, baby, be careful on the road. Yes, not really". Fatma replied smiling and immediately kissed the back of her husband's hand.

"Yes, dear, let's go first. Assalamualaikum".

"Waalaikumsalam".

"Give me back my husband Fatma, you have taken Hendra from me. Why do you have the heart to do that to me Fatma, what's my fault? Hendra is my husband Fatma."

Instantly her daydreams broke when her mother came over to her and tapped her right shoulder.

"Astagfirullahaladzim, you just surprised me". Said Fatma.

"Yes, after all, why are you daydreaming alone on the back porch, it's already late in the evening, have you prayed Asr yet?". Asked the mother.

"Fatma is not daydreaming, ma'am, thank God it's already mom".

"If you don't keep on daydreaming, what was that just now?" Muttered the mother.

Fatma only showed a horse grin at the mother.

"Come on, tell me, what are you thinking about?". Said the mother.

Fatma sighed. "I had nightmares many times, Mom, and the dream was always the same. In that dream there was a woman who always cried and said that I had stolen Hendra from her".

"It's just a dream, don't think too much of it. The most important thing now is that you always pray and ask Allah to make your household cool, calm, and happy forever."

"Yes, ma'am".

"Yes, mom comes in first, don't you daydream anymore". Said the mother.

Fatma smiled, in her mind, she kept thinking about her dream. To get rid of her fear of the dream, Fatma decided to take a shower so that her mind would be fresh again. She believes that her husband will not betray her, because she knows how her husband behaves towards her.
