"I have already told you what to do, Aito." Mr Yamamoto said in a strict tone. "This should serve as a lesson for you. Next time, you'll think twice before doing anything." Then he stormed upstairs.
But how was Aito to know that they would be filmed? It was at a party and he didn't ever think something like that could happen. It wasn't his fault and it clearly wasn't Aera's. Why couldn't his father understand?
"You know what sweetie?" Mrs Yamamoto said, tenderly stroking Aito's good cheek. "Put a pack of ice on that and go upstairs okay. Take some painkillers and rest. Don't go to school today. In fact, you do not have to go to school this entire week. Just stay inside and rest. In the mean time, I'll talk to your dad and see what I can do. Okay?"
Aito nodded. "I think that'll be good for me."
