A lot of things happened along the way, It's been a week since Faridah and Kyle saw each other after that night.
Faridah is busy with her business ventures and she cannot have lunch with Kyle since she has no proper destination.
"I'm hungry Keteki." Faridah mourned as Keteki showed her a bunch of restaurants. "What is Kyle doing lately?" She asked as Keteki smiled.
"What? Can't I ask something about him?" She asked as Keteki shook his head. "Tomorrow will be a big event in their school since there will be a music Festival." Faridah looked bored about the report.
"Kyle will be singing." He added. "I see, That is why he's busy lately huh, Does he expect me to come?" She asked since their texting communication was also lessened.
"He asked me last time what will you do this Friday and I told him that you'll be busy since you need to go to Alaska for the research team visit," Keteki said as Faridah thought about it.
"How about reschedule that visit on Saturday so Kyle can come with me." She said as Keteki smirked. "Kyle's presence is not needed, ma'am." He said as Faridah smiled.
"I know yet it will be more fun when he's around." She said as Keteki nodded and made a few calls to reschedule the visit to Alaska.
"He seems wary about Gabriel the other day thinking that he's some sort of my lover." She started as Keteki looked at her since this was the first time that Faridah was sharing her thoughts.
"It's quite funny seeing his reaction when he is jealous about a certain thing yet he cannot bring himself to ask me who the hell is the guy calling me late at night," Faridah said as she chuckled which caught Keteki off guard.
He had never seen Faridah laugh like that before and lately, he has seen things that a normal Faridah would not do at all, especially the proposal she made after getting the blue diamond.
"It seems like you are having fun with Kyle lately Ma'am," Keteki said as Faridah smiled sadly.
"Yeah, yet he never asked about what certain relationship we are into. We kissed, ate, and slept together yet he never bothered asking me for formalities if I would love to go out with him." Faridah said as he looked at her phone screen waiting for Kyle's message.
"You are planning on dating him?" Keteki asked as Faridah smiled. "What else would my reason for doing all of this for him if I don't want to go out with him?" Faridah asked.
"When did you start liking him?" Keteki asked since he thought that Faridah would never attempt dating a teenager.
"When I saw his phone wallpaper of me sleeping soundly. I noticed that he really liked me and I thought that having him on my side is not that bad at all. What else can I wish for when he takes care of me this much." Faridah said as Keteki smiled.
"Anthony is coming back here Ma'am, What if he'll meet up with you again?" Keteki asked as Faridah sighed. "It's not like I was bitter about the past right? It's just I don't want to give Kyle something that he will think about." Faridah said.
"You're being considerate to that kid," he said as she smiled. "I know that too well Keteki," she said as she just stared at her phone thinking what is Kyle doing lately that he barely chatted with her.
In the room of Kyle, He was looking at the ring he bought with the salary he made with the three part-time jobs that he did.
He wanted to properly ask Faridah out which is why he worked really hard for the week to purchase a simple golden knot ring.
He barely had enough time to meet and talk to Faridah since he was busy the entire time and he still had an after-practice every after class for the music feast.
"Ahhh I'm beat up..." he mourned as his Mom gave him tea. "You shouldn't work that much." She said worrying about Kyle's health.
"I need to, Faridah has already given me enough for me not to exceed her expectations on being her partner," Kyle said as his mother Gabriella smiled sadly.
"Faridah is a good kid, Both her parents raise her well. Please don't push yourself too hard for us to live comfortably." Her mother said as Kyle smiled sadly knowing what she meant about this.
"The world she's been revolving with is so much different than ours. The foods that she takes are way pricer than ours. Her house, the environment that she lives with. The business class she always takes while we do economy. The both of us live in a different world. Yet I should stand my ground and man up to be someone at least worthy of having to stay by her side." He said as Mrs. Gabriella knew that Kyle was being attached by Faridah now.
In the school, the music festival is starting, Kyle feels nervous since this will be his first time singing in front of a crowd.
Faridah was in her car while Keteki was driving her off to Kyle's school as she's wearing a normal jeans and white top for her not to intimidate the students.
There are lots of outsiders too who want to see the music festival that the school prepared. Keteki stands tall next to Faridah as he attracts attention from the students Keteki has this handsome face and cool side even just by wearing a normal t-shirt and slacks.
"Ahhh Keteki your getting everyone's attention," Faridah said as Keteki sighed.
"Aaron David Reyes will be visiting Canada soon Faridah with his lover." He started as Faridah nodded looking at the stalls.
'Smells like Takoyaki...' Faridah whispered to herself as her stomach began to crumble.
"Why are they coming here?" She asked as Keteki looked through his phone. "He wants to see the Gallery of Ontario." He said as Faridah nodded.
The Reyes Family and the Hamilton family formed an alliance due to some business ventures as they also became good friends with Zade David Reyes. Aaron David Reyes was his assistant and they were very accomodating when Faridah went to visit Japan.
"Find them the best hotel near the Ontario Gallery. Give them the best service as we can. You know that this is the Reyes we are talking about." Faridah said as Keteki nodded.
She looked around and spotted Kyle on the corner sitting alone looking depressed. "Keteki, can you give me some time alone? I'll just send you a message if I'm done here." Faridah said as she was looking at Kyle the whole time that she was talking.
Keteki smiled and left as Faridah approached Kyle when one of his classmates sat next to him.
'A girl...' Faridah thought as they were giving off a lover's vibe.
"It's okay now, you don't need to be nervous about your performance." The girl said as Faridah just stared at them.
"Ahhh you have something on your hair..." The girl said as she reached her hands towards Kyle's hair when Faridah walked towards them and shrugged the girl's hands off as she covered Kyle's eyes so him not to see what she had done.
"Who are you?!" The girl asked looking pissed as Kyle knew even if his eyes were covered that it was Faridah.
Faridah just glared at the girl as she stood up and ran away.
'Fvck it, Why am I getting pissed by that girl almost touching Kyle's head.' she thought as she looked at Kyle who is blushing right now.
"F-Faridah..." He called while looking up at her since Faridah was standing behind him Faridah leaned over and kissed him on his lips.
Keteki on the other hand is a few meters away from them taking a picture from every angle he can.
'I have to admit it, Faridah is way too cool for Kyle. She really is someone dominant while Kyle looked like a puppy.' Keteki said as their kiss looked so good from the angle that he took.
Faridah had enough of the kiss as everyone around them was minding their own business she sat next to Kyle who looked like a dead plant as his face was so red from the kiss that Faridah started.
"I came here to see you sing." She started. "Didn't you have a business trip today? I thought you were going to Alaska for a research visit?" He asked as Faridah smiled at him as he looked at how he missed this face lately since both of them were busy.
"Let's go together, You've been busy lately and didn't have enough time to have lunch with me. I missed you." She said frankly as Kyle didn't expect her to be this honest.
"I worked three jobs that's why I was busy lately." He said as Faridah just nodded. "I wanted to buy you something from my own hard-worked money." He said as he got the ring he bought with a little diamond.
"It might not cause that much like the blue diamond you gave me but I earned this with my hard work I hope you'll accept it," Kyle said closing his eyes like a teenager who's confessing his love.
'Damn, What a cute guy.' she thought as she gave him her hands.
"Thanks for working hard for me Kyle, Put it on me." She said as Kyle smiled and nodded as he put the ring on Faridah and it fit her perfectly.
Keteki on the other side had tons of pictures as their group chat went wild for Faridah and Kyle's relationship improvements.
