"I understand." Was all Lucifer could say.
Because Lucifer did. Once upon a time, he had done any and everything for the one that he loved. Lucifer rested his hands on his little brother shoulders once Beleth stopped. He spoke, "Brother, you must correct this. She cannot stay here."
"Even if I marry her? Brother, I cannot lose..."
