But before making a move, Kyran decided to ask another question about the next thing he was curious about the War of the Sovereigns. After turning Light into a Sigil, he would eventually know the answer to that, but in case he failed, at least, he already had an idea.
"What would happen to the losing factions?" He asked.
Light's face darkened at Kyran's question. Obviously, Light knew the answer to that but felt a sense of foreboding if Kyran did not like the answer.
Based on what Light observed about Kyran's character and all the other information they collected starting from when he made a name for himself, he disliked dishonest and plotting people. Thus, lying was not an option. Light also could not opt to remain silent, because doing might affirm Kyran's thoughts— if he had one.
