"You always follow your heart," the Queen muttered. "You used to tell me that it's not easy at times but it always works out. Why would you hesitate now?"
"I don't know," King Edric said, shaking his head. "Maybe the upcoming war with Yevalon makes me uneasy. Even your poisoning case is still unsolved and that makes me wary. I'm just a human too."
Queen Eliana gave a quick thought and said, "Then just trust Karium. He said that he will vouch for Commander Nicklaus." She made a deliberate paused and continued, "Even if something's go wrong, Karium will be there. On a battlefield, no one is more trustworthy than him. Did you forget that?
