"Young master, are you alright?" Derek asked, turning his head back at the back seat.
Lewis only glanced at him and smiled. "I guess."
"Did something good happen between you and Miss Lin?"
"Uh-huh," Lewis nodded before shifting his attention to the window, resting his jaw on his knuckles.
Derek studied Lewis' aura and that smile on his boss' face as if it had been there ever since. He could only think of one or two things that could've happened between the two of them. After all, Devon's nagging sounded like the two had gone closer, unlike the past days.
"Young master, don't forget that Miss Lin's condition…"
"Shut up, Erik." Lewis cut him off, glancing at him with his eyes glinting menacingly. "I know you're worried that Devon will change once she retrieves her memories, but you don't have to."
