While Haoling strode away, Roxus then turned to Adnan. "Go back to my room, and please get something from under my pillow. You'll find it quickly," said Roxus.
Adnan bowed and walked away. Roxus was now standing alone in the middle of the bridge with a distant gaze.
After a while, Roxus sighed. "How long are you going to stand there, Lord Heisch?" asked Roxus.
A man standing behind the fake mountain stepped out. He looked at Roxus for a moment and then lowered his face. The man had now smoothed his short blond hair, and his whole appearance was no longer pale and tired. He truly has become healthy. Wearing a faded yellow silk cheongsam that made him look like a young prince shining brightly like a shooting star, he stepped up to Roxus and stood behind her.
