Roxus looked deeply at Rong. The man was the only one who had not reacted too much earlier. "Can madam explain to us?" asked Rong.
Roxus smiled reassuringly. "Emperor Xu is the one supposed to explain to us about your government," she asked softly.
Rong raised an eyebrow and then chuckled. "The reign of the Red Empire, Madam mean?" he asked.
The government of the Red Vampire Empire is indeed a government that is different from others. On this continent, ordinary humans become people of the empire. And all of them live in the Vampire Empire, not in the Dark Elf Empire, or anywhere else.
Of course, this is weird. Humans were five-star food for the Vampires. Human blood could be said to be the medicine of immortality for lower-ranked Vampires. But humans actually live side by side with the Vampires, their predators.
