Both of them steps inside the rink. She sheaths her sword and takes a stance. Admin look at the sword.
[Diamond Adamantine huh] He never sees that stance before.
Raphael channelled wind Genshi to her feet to increase speed. In Adam's eyes, she looks like she's gliding to Admin. She uses Crescent Moon.
His black eyes widen in shock. He manages to block it with his Genshi. Black Crystal.
[Looks like I need to take her seriously] He touched the cut on his cheek.
He takes out his sword and swings it at her. Their swords clash. Creating a Genshi explosion. The swords are not just made by the strongest material, they also contain other material such as Genshi crystal which act as a medium to channel their Genshi to launch a magic attack.
The wind from the explosion caress Adams cheek. He looks amazed. Though this is just the beginning. Each of his swings is combined with physical strength makes her grip tighten.
They keep attacking each other. Raphael stares at him before taking a step back. She pointed her swords to the ground. Waves after waves were created as it fills the entire rink until around their ankle.
[What is she trying to do] He continues to swing his sword.
She's just focusing on defending herself from the countless attack. Then she jumps backwards a few times. A few water ropes emerged from the ground and tied his arm and ankle.
"Is this the only thing you can do?", he says with a smirk.
He pulls his hand, trying to let his arm off. He looks at the rope when he can't and realizes that it's no ordinary water rope. He could see a lot of small ropes intertwined to create single ropes and on the surface was a layer of ice. Making it sturdier than usual.
"Haha. I'm screwed"
She created tens to hundreds of water arrows that surrounded him.
[I never see someone could create that much arrow] Thinks Adam.
After finishing creating it, she launches it to him. The countless arrow hits the ground like rain. The water splash all around creating steam. After it stops she could see a black crystal dome from afar. She knows that just that is not enough.
Meanwhile, when the rains of arrows hit the crystal dome that he manages to create, Admin tries to pull his arm from the tightened rope. The more he pulls it, it tightens even more. This is going to take a while.
He uses a sharp black crystal that burst from the ground to cut it. He was about to do the same on his left arm but the rope suddenly freeze.

They could hear the slashes from inside the dome. It splits into two as he steps out. His left arm white shirt turns red so as his left calf. The test had to stop to treat his injuries.
Chris, his right hand, open the first aid box. He folds his sleeve. There's a two-inch cut on his arm. He wipes the blood before applying ointment and wrapping it with bandages.
Adam looks worried. That must have been painful. Admin realize he was looking and walked to him. He pats him. Huh?
The test continued. This time Admin didn't let her strike first. Raphael was choosing which strategy to use. He swings his sword, a dozen crystal needles fly toward her. She executes Double Crescent Moon. Another needle appears behind the crystal fragments. She dodges. But it still manages to graze her cheek.
She looks at it from the corner of her eyes. Her blue sky eyes suddenly shine. Raphael took a step back as she swings her sword sideways. Ice forms under her feet. With another swing, a gentle breeze covers the entire hall, freezing the water. Fortunately, they were spectating on higher ground so it didn't reach them. Then there's drizzling. Adam looks up.
[She can make rain huh. But for what?]
She used Summer Breeze with another swing and fog covers up the hall.
[I see] The fog gets denser. His eyesight got restricted.
"I can't see them", the fog reached them but just at knee level. It's denser at them.
"She's limiting his eyesight. It will be harder for him to counter-attack", said Vyrut. Looks like she has a high capacity of Genshi. If it's other they couldn't cover the entire hall.
Raphael walks silently to him. She attacks with Crescent Moon as a wind blade flies toward his back. He could hear the fog cut up. He counters it by swinging his blade to the back. He looks around as he heightened his senses. Since he can't see anything in this fog he needs to use another sense.
Raphael looks at his back from afar. She used Frost Thorn Rose Vine that creeps to him like a snake. It surrounded him without Admin realizing. He was focused on the fog.
The rose vine tightly bound his ankle, blood trickling between the vines. He looks down and realizes that he's been surrounded by a thorny rose vine. Limiting his movement.
Admin launch Crystal Burst. Black Crystal burst from the ground, shattering all the ice vines. He cut the vine on his ankle. He looks around, searching for her as he walks step by step. Raphael attack with a wind blade with every swing.
He countered every blade. She knows where he is from the sound of his footstep crushing the ice fragments. They both slash their sword, making the fog get thinner.
Admin begins to attack more aggressively. With every swing, he uses Single Crystal Burst. Raphael was having a hard time trying to defend every swing and dodging the crystal.
She uses Wind Burst to create some distance. Before she could do anything, Admin use a wide-area attack, Arch Crystal Burst. Huge crystals burst around them. This time he use his sword technique, Zhen Swing at a high speed. Raphael can only defend herself by countering every swing. The last swing makes her collide with the crystal at her back.
She quickly turns to the right when he swings again. Raphael runs to the centre of that crystal and does a full swing while using Full Moon to create a Frost Wheel.
The giant ice wheel spins at high speed easily cutting through the crystal. He activates Triple Layered Crystal Barrier but it manages to cut it too. He ducks and looks at the cleanly cut crystal. If he didn't dodge that his body will split in half. He stand up and raised his hand when Raphael was about to attack.
"You can stop now", he just needs to see her skills. This is more than enough.
She puts away her sword and step-outside the rink. Adam could see them walking through the fog.
"We will begin in half an hour", said Admin as he passed by Ray.
"Raphael. Please remove the fog"
Raphael swings her sword with Wind Blade that covers the entire rink. The fog disperses. Ray, Adam and Vyrut could see the remains of their battle. There's a lot of black crystals everywhere. The ice starts to melt.
Those three look at it with amazement. When the rink was covered by fog they can only hear their sword clashing and crystal crushed. They both went to the infirmary at the back rink.
Ray gets more anxious. How is he going to counter that kind of attack? Raphael has a much superior Genshi control and technique from him. He's worried about whether he will be able to pass this test.
The restoration team quickly moves to clear the rink. They were shocked to see the state of it. Just what happened to cause the rink to look like this? Sigh... They had no choice but to remove all those heavy crystals.
A doctor treated Admin injuries while Raphael just treated by herself. She only got a small cut on her cheek and glance at his injuries.
"Here", Ashera said as he handed a bottle of water. She drinks half of it.
"Are you going to watch Ray's test?"
"No. I'm going to rest", the high consumption of Genshi made her slightly dizzy.
"We will hand the badge tomorrow", this girl is quite wild. She could hurt him that much. Fortunately, it's not serious.
Raphael went out. Admin looks at her back. From what he knows, she's one of the listed heirs of Kerabat Ephreim. Her skills and technique are befitting of an heir. He remembered the way her eyes shined. Is she...
Chris walks in and looks for him. He's walking to him with a frown.
"Are you okay?", he gave him a bottle of water and a wet towel.
" Yeah. What's with that frown?", he wipes his face and neck. The doctor gives him two pills of painkillers.
"It's nothing", he glanced at his injuries.
"Did you tell them?", he consume the pills. He needs to finish the test by today.
"They could send the badge by tomorrow"
"What about them?"
"I found them. They didn't know anything about whose the real mastermind behind it", Admin said.
"I see. What did you do to them?"
"I send them to Special Force", he wanted to personally deal with them but decide to let the Special Force does it.
"I'm going back after this"
"Sure", Chris is only here as his temporary right hand.
"Ervalen. Just tell me if you ever need a hand", he rarely asks anything from him.
"Okay", he smiled softly. He was the type that easily got worried over others.
Raphael went to those three first.
"Are you going to stay?" Adam said.
"No. I want to rest"
"Okay", she must be tired.
"Ahh. Ray. Goodluck"
"Thanks", hopefully, he passes it. Raphael walks to the lift.
After half an hour, it was time for his turn. He flows his Genshi to the red rod in his hand. It changed into a spear with a golden pattern. There's a red Genshi crystal on its handle. Ray and Ervalen move to the centre of the rink. The rinks look brand new as if there were none of the traces there before.
[So he's Ray huh] That man younger brother. He does resemble him a bit especially that red hair.
Ray takes a breath to calm himself and takes a stance. A thin smiles form on Ervalen lips. Chris watched him from afar. Afraid that his friend will go overboard.
