"No, I'm fine really. Thank you. Ah, actually I'm here to visit my grandma." She looked friendly so I decided to ask. "She was admitted 8 days ago."
"Eight days ago? Was she a victim of the grocery store attack?"
"No, the library attack. I was told they weren't allowed to have visitors."
"Yes, until they are discharged, no visitors are allowed."
"Okay," I nodded in understanding. "She's an elderly lady nearing her hundreds, do you perhaps recognize her? I just want to know how she's doing."
"What's her name?"
"Nana. Amira Nana James."
"Sorry, I don't." She said politely. "But you can ask the nurses around." She offered.
I looked around the hospital lobby and saw a male nurse walking in haste as he headed towards the elevator. He was tall and had a gloomy look on his face. The nurse saw him too and called out.
"Hey, Scott. Can you assist this lady please?" She asked.
