Both Frick and Ryan just stared at the man's back and his shadow which started to turn fader and didn't as much as he walked away from the rest of them. They weren't surprised either, because this man is subtly stubborn.
But Frick was worried, so was Ryan. "He… is going on the wrong path," Frick comments when Ryan keeps mum. He had no words to describe how this man will change due to the external changes.
"Maybe... that will get the animal out? Maybe that soft side appears again?" Ryan suggested but Frick declined with the dead-end possibility about this. A slight mist appeared in his eyes when he tugged his hands in pockets, "He is a wounded animal, who will not recover from the mere girl.
