After Zaen was done collecting his gears, Lopt escorted him to another room within the Catacombs. The room wasn't far away from the armoury they had been to. But that part of the catacombs was starkly different from the one they were a couple of moments ago. It was well built and had been reinforced at various places with limestone, steel and other strong materials.
The trio soon arrived at their destination. In front of the room, two men stood guard. Both of them had spears of the olden times in their hands. It didn't take much time for Zaen to recognise the weapons. These weapons were similar to the ones his father had left behind in the Vault. Lopt nodded towards the guards and they opened the gigantic metal door.
"As much as it would pain my heart, I would have to request the lady to wait here," Lopt announced before heading into the room.
"Wait- what?" Miranda mumbled, but Zaen knew there was no point arguing with him.
