With the help of the experiments, it became clear that the brotherhood had the edge over her enemies who were unprepared and unequipped to fight against them. It took some time for Artemis's team to realise that the barrier that was keeping them inside had been lifted a while ago.
However, as the dust settled down, there were a few things none of them could account for. Firstly, there was no sign of Mary or Five anywhere. According to what Ravener had told them, Five was supposed to be there and they had seen her there as well. Nevertheless, they had thoroughly searched everywhere, including inside and outside of the building but they couldn't find her anywhere.
