Zaen was laying in bed playing catch with the crystal he had received after clearing his last quest. He had nothing to do till the sun was out, that's when he was going to put his plan into action and see if the Special force had something to do with his father's disappearance or not. It was a risky plan but he was willing to take the risk.
But while waiting, he decided to do something useful and organise his inventory. While he was at it, he remembered about the crystal he had received back then after killing the Depraved Ghoul. At first, he brought it out just to look at it, but somehow, he felt like the crystal was talking to him. As if there was something inside the crystal that was begging him to use it.
