[KYLE POV]
The wedding was two weeks away now. Things have been getting tense for us, but I have been keeping that hidden from Jacy. I didn't need her stressing right now; that wouldn't be good for her or the baby.
The thing that I have been keeping from her though was the fact that Bax and his group had found evidence that Victor had indeed sent his little band of merry fuckheads to my town. They had been here, that was for sure, but they were slippery. It was like they knew that someone was onto them. Who knew that these fucking assholes knew how to cover their tracks.
Over the last few days Bax, Jaron, Rollins, Chafer, Shepherd, and Toren were all scouring the city. However, I also had them keeping an eye on my mate. She didn't know this of course, but since she was already being followed, I thought this would make things even easier for them to find the assholes. Apparently, it was not going to be that simple.
