Aaron was surprised yet also shocked about what he had just heard. Having parents who would sacrifice their child's humanity, or whatever race they were, just to get credited for their transformation. In his mind, it wasn't something to be proud of. You'd have to be really attention-seeking to try to sacrifice a child and their grasp on human behaviour just to get credit. "That's...that's horrible!" Aaron responded, staring Monument in the eyes, indicating that he wasn't joking about this. It wasn't a joking matter, learning that somebody else also used to be human, or whatever race they were.
"The other guardians let their power get to their head, which resulted in them becoming war-mongering powerhouses. I'm the only one that actually can act calm. This is why our country is so peaceful, compared to the other countries. If you were to visit Flameroyle, you'd see that the inhabitant have a...fiery...personality. They all take inspiration from their Guardian. The country of Aquos are incredible hunters and mainly eat fish or land animals that they catch. The citizens of Eritas are air-headed, but if you snap them out of their blissful peace by instigating a war, you'd never recover from the after-effects, such as death. Flameroyle is still recovering from the last war twenty-five years ago. They fought Eritas for land and ended up losing badly." Monument commented, shedding light on both the country situation and the Guardian situation.
"Still, it actually makes me shake, knowing that your parents forced you to have your seal broken. If I had a seal, it was probably broken a long time ago, when I had that one encounter that confuses me to this day." Aaron responded, going over the memory of him almost dying to that worm. He still couldn't understand how or why.

Those words confused him. How did someone do such a thing? They must have been overly powerful to do something like that. Aaron was curious as to why, but if it never happened, he'd be dead. He had to be thankful for it to happen, but he couldn't understand why. Why did something like that occur in the first place?
"You know, it is almost exactly like how my seal was broken, but to a much more intense degree. I theoretically have infinite power, yet I just choose not to use it. I prefer suppressing myself to a visible number so that I don't kill an entire planet by blinking or something like that. I don't know, as I've never tested it." Aaron commented, drawing a look of surprise from Monument. "Hold up for a second! You're telling me that you've never tested out your own power? We need to do that right now!" Monument responded in excitement, curious to see just how powerful Aaron truly was.
"Woah, calm your jets, Monument. I'm not even sure how powerful my abilities by themselves are, although I have a slight suspicion about one of them. I'm going to test how this works." Aaron commented as he and Monument were surrounded by a large black void, as stars shone in the sky around them. Monument looked around him in confusion before looking back towards Aaron. He didn't recognise him. Aaron was a human again. Monument didn't recognise him, but he could still sense his aura. It had skyrocketed, but he could tell that he was subconsciously holding back his power. Aaron looked at his own body before laughing.
"It worked! I was right about my ability! It truly is possible!" Aaron yelled out, leaving Monument confused about what was going on. "I had a feeling, after seeing what I could do with the armour, but now this? I didn't know it was so powerful!" Aaron exclaimed while walking over towards Monument, who was confused as all hell. "Aaron, explain to me what the hell is going on. Please." Monument asked, making sure he said the word 'please'. A sign of respect. Aaron simply hugged him while whispering the words, "This is the real me".
"The real you? So this is the god form of you?" Monument asked while Aaron stepped away. "Yeah, it is, and I've found out something cool. If I wanted, I could do something incredibly cool." Aaron mysteriously stated as eight large shining wings shot out from his back. "I can do whatever I want, and nobody could stop me. It makes this whole venture pointless, but I enjoy travelling alongside you, Monument. You're something unpredictable. You aren't me. I can predict what I will do and what other people will do, but you are unique. I can't guess what you'll do next. I can do anything, but I don't want to predict what you will do. So, once we get our adventure done, I'm going to bestow a little gift upon you. Something you might like." Aaron responded as the wings retracted into his back. His skin fell away as he became a skeleton once more. The starred sky fell away as it was absorbed back into Aaron. Aaron was now a skeleton once more, and he couldn't help but feel happy. He was correct with his theory and was pleased that he could become human whenever he felt like it. Unlike Monument, who was stuck in his form permanently.
Alec continued his lonely walk back to Spert. It had been less than half an hour, but he was starting to feel lonely without Aaron and Monument around. They were great fun to be around, especially when they had little chats and when Aaron showed off his abilities. It was things like that which kept a person sane, but without them, they started to get lonely. Alec knew that he had to get back to his family, so he kept walking, making sure that he would get back to them. He needed to see if they were alright.
Little did he know what was going to happen in the future.
