Aaron felt his mind fall towards the planet he had chosen, but he didn't know what would happen yet. He prepared himself to lose his memories again, as that was what happened the last time. Aaron felt his body change shape as it began to take the form of a skeleton. He was a skeleton again. Aaron looked at his body, scanning his bony structure, and it just made Aaron sigh. He didn't know how to feel about this. He was a human, then a skeleton, then a human, and now he was a skeleton again? It seems rather odd. It must be some coincidence.
Aaron looked around him and found himself to be above ground. He wasn't too sure why. All that Aaron could see for miles around him was grasslands. He wasn't sure where he was, so Aaron used his Boundless Telekinesis to lift himself into the air as he wanted to try to get a grasp of his surroundings. Aaron saw a city in the distance, surrounded by a large wall, making him curious. He needed to know what type of planet he was on.
[Let me guess. You want me to make you some armour so you can walk into the city and explore, right?]
"You know me inside and out, system! Yeah, if you wouldn't mind." Aaron said out loud, complimenting the system through a request.
[No problem. I'll make some plain iron armour with an iron helmet so that you don't stand out too much in a crowd of people.]
Aaron watched as his body became coated in iron armour. He was doing it for two reasons. To protect his identity and to make sure nobody thought he was streaking around naked. It was just in case.
Aaron floated over towards the city silently as his iron armour made no noise while it moved through the air. Aaron was grateful for that, as he didn't need to worry about the potential noise. He took a look inside the city from above and found it to be home to beings of any race. Demihumans, Humans, Demons, Elves. Almost any civilised fantasy face you can find. Yet no skeletons. Well, in nearly all fantasy worlds, they were uncivilised monsters, so he shouldn't be surprised.
Aaron arrived at what appeared to be the main entrance. Aaron had dropped down the side of the wall and walked along to the entrance just so that he wouldn't get accused of flying. There were two human guards stationed at the gateway, so he needed to be careful. "Well, hello there! Would you mind explaining to me where I am?" Aaron asked outright. The guards looked at each other before bursting out into laughter. "You must be super lost if you don't know where you are!" One of the guards explained. "This is Capital City, Spert!"
"Oh, thanks for letting me know! Would you mind granting me access to the city? I wish to explore." Aaron asked, drawing sceptical looks from the guards. "Sure. All we have to do first is, with new people, do a pacifism test. We are going to hit you over and over with our swords to test your patience. It'll give us an idea of how suited you are for the city." The other guard explained, giving him fair warning. "Oh, that's completely fine. I don't enjoy hurting people unless they have done something of grave injury or harm to me. Please, go ahead." Aaron replied, opening his arms out. He was going to let them hit him as much as they needed. They began swinging their swords at his armour as he kept his arms extended, inviting them to hit him. Their blades repeatedly bounced off, not surprising the guards. After about twenty seconds, they stopped and nodded to each other.
"You may enter. If you had failed, we would have required payment from you, like a bribe. Fortunately for you, you passed. You can go in. It doesn't matter what race you are, as long as you are a peaceful being." The first guard explained, pointing his right hand towards the city while tapping Aaron on the back with his left. Aaron walked forward, waving back to the pair. He passed through the city wall, walking into the bustling crowd of people, all going about their daily lives. It was nice and peaceful. There was something strange going on, though. He saw little monsters following people around like pets. Slaves? Familiars? It confused him. He walked around the city, having absolutely no idea what to do. He needed to explore, but the place was so big that he couldn't navigate around it.
He made his way to what he presumed the centre of the city was. It had a large fountain in the middle, probably containing hundreds of litres of water. Aaron stood beside the fountain, looking around the place to see if there was anything he could recognise in this city. He saw a large building and read the text on it, which was in English. "Monster Summoning Guild?" Aaron read out loud. He didn't expect there to be a guild dedicated to summoning monsters. He then realised something. It was perfect. It was what would let him test his abilities. He had the chance to test out his Boundless Interdimensional Summon.
Aaron walked up to the large double that led to the guild. He placed his hands on them, took a deep breath, and pushed them open. He walked inside, dragging no attention to himself. It wasn't uncommon to see new people after all. Aaron strolled up to the desk, where a male elf was working."Welcome to the guild! How can I help you?" The male elf asked, a smile on his face. "Hello there! Would I be able to take a test which allows me to determine my rank as a summoner?" Aaron questioned, keeping a cheery tone in his voice. He couldn't speak using his mouth, so he used his Boundless Telekinesis to talk.
"Certainly! Follow me!"
