Aaron felt his body dissipate into nothingness as his consciousness began floating up into the night sky. What was done was done. He had set himself a goal, and he completed it, but at what cost? He had sacrificed billions of lives for his own gain and destroyed the planet they called home. These were the thoughts that came through a person's head when they were dead. They had all the time in the world. They could reflect.
"Look at what we have here. The anomaly is back." A mysterious male voice spoke out. It was like he was entering a conversation he wasn't allowed to enter. "Hey! Don't say that about Aaron! He's just a special case we have!" A familiar voice replied angrily. Shadow! "Yeah, and that makes him an anomaly. Something that shouldn't be there. You're simply in favour of him because you were the one who reincarnated him in the first place!" The male voice responded, barely acknowledging her statement. At this point, Aaron was sure that one was Shadow and the other was another god.
"I'm going to guess this is isn't the time to enter the conversation, is it?" Aaron commented, gaining the attention of both gods. "You know, you weren't supposed to hear what we said anomaly, but it's too late. It doesn't matter anyway, so I'm just going to tell you outright. You shouldn't be here at all. You shouldn't have even gotten the chance to reincarnate. You were supposed to be sent to the waiting room of hell so that Hades could have decided what happened to you. Ameratsu over here decided to feel bad for your sorry ass and reincarnate you." The unnamed male god explained coldly, which just caused Aaron to nod inwardly. He was aware of this fact.
"Then, WHILE you were reincarnated back down on that planet, you had some outside help from a currently unknown source, meaning that you were given much more power than you were meant to, causing you to become a god by sheer experience. It's insane. None of us can see your actual stats, only the ones that you outwardly present while on another planet. For the past while, when we were bored, we've just been betting on what you'd do. When you'd awaken your abilities, who would win in fights, and other similar things. In the past few days, things got interesting, and we started placing more and more bets on what you'd do. We honestly never expected you to be part of the reason why a whole planet exploded, but that makes you more dangerous." The god explained further, causing Aaron to slightly wince at the fact he was considered a danger by the gods, but he knew he was a danger of some degree. He wanted to see if what the god said about the stats was true, so he decided to check the status of the currently unnamed god.

"Well, I must admit your stats are respectable, Algenon, but what in the hell is your race?" Aaron asked, curious as to what the hell it meant. Was he legitimately a calculator in his first life? "Well, if you must know, it was because of my title when I was a human. I was incredibly good at mathematics, so I became known as the human calculator." Algenon admitted. Aaron then realised he was blind. Oh wait, it was because he hadn't opened his eyes. Aaron opened his eyes and realised something strange was going on. Shadow was still a ball of light, yet Algenon had a human-shaped appearance. "Hold on for a second, how does Algenon have a body, yet Shadow doesn't?" Aaron questioned the pair, confused. He didn't know what the hell was going on. Algenon was made out of dark blue light and was wearing formal clothing made out of such light. "Well, it is because I am of a higher rank than her. As you probably found out, I am of God III rank, while she is at God II rank. At God III rank, you gain a physical-ish, or semi-material if you want to go that far, body, made out of a colour that best represents you. However, you are a strange exception. Take a look at your body." Algenon pointed out. This caused Aaron to look down at his body and realise it was perfectly physical. It even had his signature black clothing on him. It was how he looked while he was still living his first life.
"Hold on for a second! Why the hell am I like this?!" Aaron yelled out in surprise. He wasn't all one colour and outlines! He was like a regular person! "Honestly, I have no idea, but that either means you've done something sketchy which we don't know about, or you've surpassed the gods in rank." Algenon sighed in response. "Still, anomaly, we don't know what to do with you. You're just...there. We need to get you introduced to the council of higher gods, but we don't know when they'll be free. They're always messing around, not getting anything done. That's why people like me exist. We keep the entire universe running just to make sure that nothing stupid like this happens. You slipped under our radar, anomaly, probably thanks to Ameratsu."
"Honestly, if there were many people exactly like you, I'd be afraid," Aaron muttered under his breath. "What was that, Aaron?" Algenon asked, wondering what Aaron had said. "Nothing!" Aaron quickly responded, trying to make sure he didn't piss off Algenon. He was still unknown to almost all of the gods, except for Algenon and Shadow, so he needed to try and keep on somewhat friendly terms with the pair.
[Hey Aaron.]
'What is it, System? I'm kind of in the middle of talking with a group of gods.' Aaron responded, curious.
[Don't worry, it's something you'd be interested in.]
'What is it?'
