A few days ago

A young boy named Aaryan was doing some stuff at school and while doing that he crossed the way arrogant brat named Nicole the son of the Chief minister . Nicole pushed him and asked "how dare you crossing my way" before there would be big fuss the teacher arrived at that place and stopped them.

After the school was over Nicole and few boys ganged up wearing masks and attacked Aaryan. they broke his both arms and legs, three of his ribs, and ended up damaging his internal organs.

As soon as the police found him they immediately took him to the hospital. Aaryan was having no parents but only one brother named Aurther living in other city. As soon as Arther heard about aaryan he left is office immediately and visited the hospital in no time.

After meeting the doctor Arther got an idea about the situation. but he was unable to figure out how did it?
