Dan held the sword in his hand. To him it felt but had a master swordsman wielded he would have felt the weight. It weighed 20 kg!
Dan looked at the description of the sword.
➡️ Nameless sword
A sword created using the souls of weak elf's. Slightly more durable than a sword made by an apprentice dwarven blacksmith. Lacks any attributes.
Dan was proud of his creation. Who wouldn't be after creating a sword for the first time? Sure it wasn't him that made the sword but the system but he didn't mind taking credit for it.
Dan pulled up the weapons information. He was surprised when he saw 3 empty slots that were locked. On top of it, it said attributes.
"I wonder if I can add attributes at this stage?"
➡️ Attributes can be added only during the creation of the weapon. You can try adding attributes next time.
Dan sighed, of course he could but he had just missed a chance to add attributes to this sword. Or maybe he didn't. A sudden idea struck Dan's head.
Quickly (after a few long tries nearly an hour) he pulled out the souls of all four of the remaining gaurds and placed them in the slots. Instead of using a dragons tooth he used several scales from the dragon. And for the final equipment he added the sword. "Why did I think I couldn't add the sword again?" he asked himself.
"Now all that is left is to add the attributes." Dan said.
➡️ Available attributes.
1. Reconstruction.
2. Enhanced durability.
3. Sharper edge
4. Fire element
5. Frostbite
6. Lightning element
7. Soul storage
8. DNA encryption.
Dan smiled as he looked at the options he was given. For some reason the system was feeling generous today. It was giving him advice and many options. Was it going through that time of the month? Was that even possible?
"Ok let's see the description of these attributes."
➡️ Reconstruction.
Just like a dragons scale the sword will reconstruct itself upon breaking or after receiving high damage. Uses blood, mana or sunlight to reconstruct itself.
"Wow," Dan breathed "That is a really handy ability to have isn't it? let's see the others."
Dan took a look at the other attributes.
➡️ Enhanced durability
Just as described the durability of the sword shall be increased exponentially. Product of being reforged again.
"Huh, so if I use the same sword twice it's durability will increase. That's cool."
➡️ Sharper edge
Exactly as described. Sharper edge for better cutting.
➡️ Fire element.
Add the flames of an elf to the blade of your sword to add extra damage to opponents.
"The flames of an elf, Wait do the attributes I can add to the sword come from what I add into it?"
➡️ Yes, that is correct. The attributes you can add to whatever you are creating are limited to whatever you add. Such as the reconstruction attribute, it comes from the dragon scales that you added and so on. I also added several attributes to even things out.
"Makes sense, for a while I thought that you were being generous."
Dan continued looking through the attributes he could add to his sword.
➡️ Frostbite.
Cast an ice spell that can freeze water instantly in the form of a powerful slash.
"I can already do that."
➡️ Lightning damage.
Add the lightning of an elf to the blade of your sword to add extra damage to opponents.
"Meh,"
➡️ Soul storage.
Store one soul in this sword to keep you company.
"The fuck!"
➡️ DNA encryption.
Have the sword be bonded only to your DNA so that only you and people related to you by blood can use it. Anyone else who tries to use it will receive a powerful electric current surge through them.
Dan was intrigued by the final attribute. It was quite an amazing attribute to have. He didn't have to worry about someone using his sword against him and in fact they would receive damage for trying to use it against him.
Dan knew what he was going to pick. He only had three slots that he could use. The first one went to the reconstruction attribute. The second one went to the sharper edge attribute and the final one went to the DNA encryption attribute.
He pressed on the craft button.
After waiting for 30 seconds his sword was crafted.
The sword looked completely different from before. It looked like it was a fusion of a cutlass and a katana with several jagged blades. It's hilt looked plain and simple with no decorations of any kind. The sheath was different though. It was all black except for the bottom where there was a white piece of metal. It had an engravement on it. It was the spiral with a line crossing through it.
The sword weighed nearly 100 kg but Dan swung it around casually. With each slash the terrain would change and Dan would smile even more.
He hung the sword by his waist and went back up to the first floor. He had to walk up the river as he had not opened a portal on the first floor. Once he did he opened a portal and dragged the bodies of the gaurds out one by one. He placed them back to where they were originally stationed.
It was time for him to create chaos and increase his chaos points. Currently it was at 7,000 points.
He would just keep increasing and use that to his advantage and kidnap elf's to use as material for his creations.
"Looks like it's time for experimentation!" Dan said as he activated his invisibility skill. "But first I need to get some marijuana."
