Hearing the reports from the anbu who was guarding Sasuke, Hiruzen become livid. But calmed himself down as he started to think < No, he doesn't have chakra then how can he be a part of the rebellion. And I don't believe that he knows of the plan as non-ninja will not be able to get information of plan. And as for our plan only the elders and Itachi knew. But I cannot take any chance, I will keep him in surveillance and if I find him as a threat then I will eliminate him.>
Thinking that he put more anbu-nin in surveillance of Ryuzaki.
But sadly there is someone who will come to get that back that is also with interest. After the funeral of the deceased Uchihas, Sasuke made his way to Ryuzaki next day to know his plan.
Ryuzaki looking at the emo Sasuke said " No matter how much you want to take revenge it is not right to go to your own death so soon. "
"I just came to know what you will be teaching me. I don't want to loose my precious time in the academy doing nothing." said Sasuke
"Okay I will teach you how to fight and for the ninjutsu you will have to learn it yourself. Other than that you will have to do everything yourself." said Ryuzaki with a bored look.
"Okay, so teach me how to fight. " said Sasuke as he made his way to the garden.
Looking at the determined Sasuke who was eager to have revenge Ryuzaki also got up.
Standing in front of each other Ryuzaki said "Listen, in front of power everyone cowers but if you don't have power to rival your enemy, than speed is what will get you the victory. So put weight seal on and start running around the village it will help you with your stamina, strength and speed."
Hearing that Sasuke thought of something and said "Okay I understand but with the help of chakra I can boost all of that also."
"Lets say you are surrounded by 100 ninjas with jonin level chakra and you run out of chakra then what will you do. Will you be a meal on their platter?"
Thinking of the Ryuzaki's words Sasuke thought < It does make sense but I don't have that much time. I want kill Itachi as soon as possible.>
"Power is not gained in a matter of seconds. You need to train to gain that much power where nobody will oppose you. And I don't have time to babysit you so if can't do it forget about taking revenge." Ryuzaki said still bored.
"Okay. I will go now." saying that Sasuke ran away leaving Ryuzaki in the garden.
Reaching the office he stood in front of the assistant of hokage as he said " I want to meet third hokage."
Hearing Ryuzaki the assistant left to inform Hiruzen and shortly after he was able to meet him.
Going inside Ryuzaki got straight to the point as he smilingly said "I want all the jutsus that you have stolen from my clan to be returned. All the documents to be returned as well for Sasuke to be the clan head."
Hearing him telling that they stole from Uchiha clan Hiruzen got stuck in his smiling face. Seeing that Ryuzaki got straight to the point Hiruzen also said "I am sorry to say this but you can not take the jutsu as it will be safe with us. And you are also not the clan leader too, so I will not give it to you."
"It belong to us and even if I am not the clan leader you have no right to take it from us. You are hokage of the village not of our clan. So, I suggest you give back to me as we Sasuke and I are the only Uchihas and it belong to us." Ryuzaki said as he looked around to see if thers is any place to seat.
Seeing that Ryuzaki was looking around not bothering to even look at him, Hiruzen frowned at being disrespected. Hiruzen said " Even if you are the last Uchiha you have to have the power of at least chunin to be a clan leader, and you are not a chunin. We cannot break our rules so I suggest you leave this matter."
"I don't care whether it is against the rule or not. I want that scrolls and if you are not giving it then I will take the matter on my own hands." Ryuzaki said as he made a chair of black liquid like substance.
Seeing him materialize something without any hand sign Hiruzen was startled. As the report he got form the surveillance didn't have any information regarding this kind of power. Hiruzen got wariness as he thought < The information we got didn't provide anything on this kind of jutsu. This jutsu can materialize without any hand signs also. I have to know what kind of power he have so I can deal with him effortlessly.>
"Okay I will give it to you but you have to become at least chunin." said Hiruzen while making a plan.
"And how will I do it?" asked Ryuzaki as he knew that Hiruzen will make a plan to bullshit talk him.
"As you know that a chunin ninja is someone who get promoted from genin and they serve the village. But your case is different as you didn't join the academy so I will have to give you a leeway to take exam. And that will put me in a difficult situation with the other clan." Hiruzen said looking all sad as he kept talking about his disadvantages until he saw the bored look of Ryuzaki.
"Can you stop with that chatter. You talk too much, just get to the point. " said Ryuzaki as he was annoyed and on the verge of bursting in anger.
Looking at the face of Ryuzaki which is distorted in anger Hiruzen thought
"Okay I will allow you to take the chunin exam but a chunin is a ninja of konoha. They have to serve konoha until they retire if not then they get revoked of their qualifications of a ninja. So will you take the exam?"
"Okay I will. Tell me when the procedure is complete, I will be there at the exam. " said Ryuzaki as he started to head out of the office.
