*Selene's PoV*
The sound of crickets filled the silent, dark street. It was a few minutes past midnight. The guard, whose both arms were ripped off by Fang, roamed outside with another guard. Almost every face I had seen in the morning had entered the mansion a while back. I was just around the corner of the street, watching, as my mind went blank with every passing minute.
Here I was, so clouded with this heavy desire to keep my ability hidden. I had started to think this was yet another thing I needed to find the reason behind but by the time I could think straight, the voice in my head had grown wilder.
"Kill anyone who knows about your ability."
"No one is allowed to know of your abilities."
