That afternoon Dean came home languidly without enthusiasm. Only Davila knew what had happened to her sister.
"Why lethargic? Next time don't make people panic and worry. When you charge your cellphone, Kayo doesn't sleep because of anxiety," Amelia scolded when Dean appeared in the dining room.
"Yeah, Mom, sorry. I didn't mean to," Dean answered quietly. Amelia just glared annoyed, "Your mom and dad are going to the hospital to check on Mami Karla's condition. So, you take care of the house, Davina has to represent your dad at the music award event tonight. You and Kayo are at home. Kayo isn't feeling well, take care of him. ' said Amelia again. Dean just nodded his head.
"Yes, Ma...yes. Gosh, why are you so fussy now?" Dean protested until David couldn't help but smile. While Amelia glared indignantly, "It's Li, Dean must be tired. Don't keep nagging," said Karla trying to intervene.
"It's a habit, Sis. It's really annoying," complained Amelia.
