"why are you so early Hadley?". Mom ask me as I approach the door. She cross her arms and lean on the wall before I answer. I took a deep breath.
"Uhmm, I will walk mom going to school". I said having a hard time if I am acting right or weird. I look at my mom carefully. She look so shocked about what I say. I always get in the car going to school, I am always with my brother. This is the first time that I will walk going on our campus that's why I understand mom why she is confused.
"Why? I mean, there's a car why would you choose to walk than to ride a car Hadley? What are you thinking, is there something wrong?". Mom asked me.
"I just want to exercise mom, chill. Don't ask too many questions. Got it?". I said then fix my bag on my shoulder and I even open the zipper of my bag at the back just to make sure that my wallet is there.
