The piece of luminous sheen paper left chaos in its wake, the sides were slightly sizzled and the back that remained blank was now encased in a black paint.
Miller caught the paper, however doing so the skin on his hand began to peel back slightly.
Miller was dumbfounded, he stared up the shadows cast by the light painted Luke vanta black.
Luke opened his mouth and said sternly, "I refuse."
Miller stood up, he dawned a look of fear, his knees began to crumple, he place his hand on the table that stood before him, he bared a crooked smile, one not of anger but one of awkwardness.
He pocketed the paper, finding its home within his dark pockets.
His lips separated and his teeth clenched, words crawled from his mouth, "while I hope you can reconsider I will not push any further than I already have, now please excuse me as I take my leave."
