Winter with Jonathan and mark are traveling to the city again . This time the trip may sometimes longer than his small trip before so he wanted to have some mental preparation so that his survival chance is better . With the [Life burst ] skill he has slightly confidence in fighting against tougher opponent or he can use it to escape fight . As for the supportive roles POTIONS MASTERY will give him slightly help because since their proficiency level is quite low now . Plus with the CLASS and PASSIVE he have slightly confidence level to investigate the city hospital chaos.
But before going out there he needs to go for shopping center for refilling some supplies after that he will go alone since Jonathan and mark were no use of him there. Facing a general type zombie with a gap level of 7 levels will be no more than courting death. Even if they had the same level as the general level zombie , he will be no match for it so that's why he is focusing on the strength instead of leveling up.
Winter was currently level 14 while the mutant zombie level was level 21 so he needed a bit of caution to observe it's action or else with its general level strength, It can easily kill him even if he was same level as him so all he could was observe it's action seriously when he met it at city hospital .
Winter looked at the road side , ruined building started to appear in his view indicating that they entered city . He woke up from his thinking and took out the map to locate some nearby malls .
He looked at it for a few moments and found some malls which are not that far away from his location.
He said to mark who was driving
"We will visit the shopping malls which is just five streets away from our current location".
Mark replied back without turning
"Affirmative Boss"
Winter looked at the window and started to pay attention to the surrounding while thinking about something.
There were currently still quite away some streets ahead but luckily there was no problem in going on with the road ways since only some vehicle were cross parked in middle while no zombie were present .
Even if there were zombies , they don't normally attack them since the zombies are getting attracted by something .
What they have to do is avoid strong mutant beasts for now and it will be a smooth journey but not everytime smooth journey is possible when we hope something.
Winter looked at the front mirror and saw a pure breed dog chasing their vehicle. Since they need supplies they brought a truck so they couldn't speed up like cars and bikes that's why the pure breed dog was chasing them .
He frowned in annoyance and said to mark who was driving .
"Stop the truck"
When mark heard winter said he was puzzled but still he stopped the truck forcefully .
SCREECH!
The truck tire gave a sudden sound of halt which produced ear splitting sound but what came next was a crashing of something behind them .
BANG !
the truck jerked up slightly from the force . Mark who didn't wear seatbelts was slightly jerked up a bit as for winter his body didn't even Move a bit . The worst was Jonathan who was inside the truck load where he ended up hitting at the steel side .
Winter jumped out of the truck and walked towards the truck backside . Mark stepped out of the truck and looked at the backside of the truck with confusion .
There was somewhat muscular looking dog with sharp fangs and brown colour dog lying beside the back tire of the truck .
'It seems it crashed against the truck when we stopped the truck .'
This thought came inside the mind of Mark. but when he saw clearly the brown dog he inhaled slightly.
The dog had green patches all over it's body while bones were clearly seen from its flesh and its hind legs had even bones coming from there .

When winter saw its stats he was surprised to see it had a stats of evolution 1 type which indicates a slightly ordinary mutant beasts but due to the accident now it had heavily injured now and when he saw the green drops he knew it was it's blood .
"Ugh ....Mark ? Boss what happened ?"
Jonathan voice came from inside the truck while the backdoor truck opened slightly .
Jonathan looked at them with puzzled look while he was rubbing his head painfully .
Winter didn't reply but curled up his lips upward while mark pointed at his finger shakily at the Mutant beast .
Jonathan seeing the behaviour of mark couldn't help but look at the pointed direction. what he saw made his heart nearly stop beating .
A pair of dark red eyes were glaring at him with hostility .
"Fck...."
Jonathan immediately jumped aside without hesitation . Even though he knew the zombie dog was crippled and can't move but it was still a normal reflex whenever you find something dangerous.
Suddenly the zombie dog which was crippled abruptly stood up .
This caught off guard winter , Because he thought that it wouldn't get up with that heavy injuries but who knew it would get up these fast and the worse is that it's injury was healing slowly but at visible rate .
Winter underestimated the Term 'Evolution' again . Whenever zombie or mutants have 'evoloved' title in their stats , then they have a great healing ability and fast reflex .
Winter calmly replied in low voice to Johnathan
"Don't move . Stay wherever you are....."
Johnathan who was panicking now calmed down from hearing the voice .
