"Woah, Rina-chan! Watch where you're pointing that thing!" warned the little boy as a stream of water was splashed onto his face, the girl laughed and the other children shrieked in delight and laughter and continued to spray each other with water guns. "Now you're gonna get it!" excitedly said the boy, and shot her with a stream of water with his water gun. The children were playing underneath the bridge where there was a clear stream of water where they can refill as the children were drenched from the water guns, then a voice cheerfully said, "Nya, that looks fun!" the kids turned their gaze towards the voice and a Nekomata with pink hair looked at them amiably with her tail swaying with curiosity, she was wearing a fitted white t-shirt and denim shorts and carrying a plastic bag on what contains ingredients for a dish, "Hey, can I join?" Rina-chan the young girl gave her water gun to the Nekomata, "Hey big sister, you can use mine." She smiled widely, "Wah! Thank you!" She placed her finger on the trigger and fired a stream of water at one of the boys, the boy, and the other children laughed cheerfully before yelling, "Get her!" before the children focused on dousing the Nekomata with water, her clothes soaking wet revealing that she wasn't wearing a bra, she spat out the water out of her mouth shook her head to remove the excess moisture and smiled confidently, "Nya! Bring it on!" and began chasing after the children, and they yelled cheerfully, "Ahh! She's gonna get us!"
Meanwhile back home, Siegfried was teaching Ivanna how to cook, "It's a pleasant surprise that you have knowledge about cooking, Miss Woolsworth." He softly said, then she chuckled, "Why thank you! Back home my chefs would teach me whenever I asked." She said while slicing a piece of carrot, then had a realized look as Siegfried's eyebrows knitted in confusion, (Chefs...?) "Oh! Um, w-what I mean is um... I have to slice this other tomato now, correct, S-S-Siegfried...?" He grunted, "Go ahead." She hesitated for a second as her ears are turning red like the vegetable she was currently slicing and noticed that she stuttered while saying her name, then she laid down the knife and said to him, "Please, if we are to be on a first-name basis, you are allowed to call me by first name, understand?" She declared, and he nodded, "Very well, Ivanna." Said Siegfried as he casually said her name, she quickly looked away to continue slicing, all while hiding her embarrassment, (F-Fool...) she silently cursed, "Such providence that I can finally share cooking duty with someone like you, Ivanna." She got flustered by what he said and accidentally dropped the knife, Siegfried, however, reacted quickly as he stepped and stood behind Ivanna and caught it just in time, his hand touching her shoulder and the other the knife, "Please be careful with knives..." as he advised her, slowly he handed the knife back to her, in her mind she couldn't believe as to what happened, (What...? Just happened?) she thought in a daze as she was looking at the knife, she thought she dropped, "O-Oh." She managed, "Right, y-you are correct, Siegfried." And went back to cutting while still processing what happened earlier. Then Siegfried looked outside, (Strange. Lily is not back yet?) he added, (There's no way she could've gotten lost right? Hmm... I've also heard that there are unruly gangs nearby...) He then decided to look for her, "I'm going out, Ivanna." She nodded in a daze, "Ok..." He removed his apron, wore his grey jacket, put on his shoes, and went outside. As he was walking out, he thought, (Anything that happens to her will reflect the blame on me. I must not allow that to happen.)
And back to Lily's perspective, she was walking on the pavement back home carrying the things she bought for Siegfried on her errand, "Nya, I'm soaking wet!" she exclaimed while wringing out excess water on her hair and shirt, she giggled, "But, that was fun, nya! Playing with those children." She then tied her shirt into a knot which exposed her midriff, she then walked a couple more blocks, turned, walked more, turned left and before she realizes it, she is completely lost. "Ah." She looked around the signs and landmarks before saying, "Crap, I think, I'm lost." She didn't panic as she patted her denim pants, before realizing, "And I forgot to bring my cellphone." Her face look like her soul left her body, and now she was seriously beginning to panic, "Oh crap, oh crap, oh nya! Where am I!?" she breathed slowly to calm herself, "Calm down Lily, it's not the end of the world." She breathed in and out slowly, and slowly calmed herself down. She then looked around and assessed the situation, "Okay, nya. I'm in an unfamiliar part of our neighborhood. There's no reason to panic, just find your way out." She assured herself, then began walking, hoping to find familiar landmarks and sceneries but it was not all smooth sailing, as she was walking, she saw a group of young Japanese students crouching in a space between a building, in her head, she followed Mr. Heinz's advice, and his words echoed in her mind, "Listen, Lily, if you're ever lost or separated from your Host or on your own, and you see a group of people, particularly males, avoid them at all costs!" "Nya? Why?" and he added, "Best-case scenario they'll just ignore you. But worse-case, they'll harass you and call the police if they are." she nodded, and Mr. Heinz's voice continued, "Don't look at them, don't notice them. If they're calling out to you, just ignore, ok?" she thought, (Yes, Mr. Heinz! But I forgot my phone!!!)
Then she passed by them, a group of juveniles in high school wearing their uniforms wrong, bandages on one of their faces, one of them was smoking a cigarette, and another was drinking alcoholic beverages, then one of them saw Lily and gestured to one of his friends, "Hey Aniki, look, a Non-Human, she looks like a cat." He remarked, then one of them grinned and whistled, "Yo, she's pretty erotic, eh? I mean she ain't wearin' any underwear!" he maliciously chuckled, and remarked again, "And soaking wet, too!" they laughed loudly, and of them catcalled, "Hey there sexy, where ya goin'?" Lily pursed her lips, her ears down, her tail agitated as she ignored one of them, "Yo Aniki she ignoring you!" she looked straight ahead and continued walking until one of them yelled out, "That's right, keep walkin' ya freakish foreign trash! We don't want to see any of you freaks waltzin' around, ya hear!" and all of them laughed at Lily just kept walking, albeit very hurt by what one of them said, her brisk walking slowly turned into running, her eyes watering and ran.
Then back to Siegfried, he was walking towards the bridge, at the end of it and a bit further out lies a convenience store, (There's the convenience store I talked to Lily about. But where could she be...?) And saw a group of children playing by the riverbank beneath, then he thought about asking the children, he went right to the end of the bridge and while putting his hands in his pockets, slid down towards the group of children playing below, as he arrived, he garnered the attention of a young boy and spoke in Japanese, "Excuse me...? You there, child." the boy from earlier turned his head and saw a foreigner five meters from him, he was slightly taken aback and panicked, "Y-Y-Yes?!" Siegfried tilted his head in perplex, and casually approached the child, he towered over the poor thing, and he crouched down and softly said, "Have you seen a Non-Human with pink hair and has the characteristics of a cat? Such as her ears and tails?" he explained to the child, then the child cautiously said, "W-Why? What's it to you?" he sighed, "I'm looking for her, actually. She has not come home yet." He fished out his wallet and presented his Host ID, solidifying his claims, the boy around the age of 11, looked at his ID intently, "Oh, Gaijin-san, you're a Host? Mommy told me that they're the ones who take care of people like her." He narrowed his eyes, "Like her? Who?" and a young girl's voice spoke up, "Neko Onee-chan," Siegfried turned and saw a young girl, whose age is probably around 8 or 9 years old, who was soaked with water, he repeated what she said, "Neko Onee-chan?" she nodded, "You see, she played with us earlier. I let her borrowed my water gun, see?" she brandished her water gun happily, "Then what happened?" questioned by Siegfried, "She said that she has to go home." Answered by the young boy, Siegfried nodded, "I see." And he asked one last time, "Which direction did she go?" the two pointed in the same direction: where Siegfried came from. He nodded, stood up, and bowed politely, "Thank you for your help." And patted their hands in gratitude, as he was going back to where he came from, he looked up and the sky slowly looked grey, Siegfried needed to hurry.
The sounds of panting, the sounds of stomping, the sounds of crying. Lily kept running and running and running, not looking at her surroundings, she just wanted to run, to run away from the insults, her hope slowly dying out, then all of it came to a stop as she lost her footing and tripped and scrapped her knee and soiling her clothes. She slowly got up, and felt the impact of a raindrop, it was one, then two, suddenly it began pouring out, as the sky overhead turned grey, she saw a closed down shop's shutter doors and limped towards it, she leaned her back towards it, dragging her back on the metallic shutters and sat down on the pavement with her knees bent upwards, she crossed her arms and began to cry, (God, this is it. Siegfried won't find me; he probably isn't even searching for me at all!) She cursed at herself, (Nya... I'm so useless... Even a simple errand turned into this.) she chuckled sardonically, "Even back home, I was such a klutz. No... even now I still am." She continued, "People mocked me back home, they mocked me because of my mixed heritage. And worst of all my mom took the brunt of the insults, dad did his best to shelter us but... to no avail..." she cried even more and feeling lost more than ever, "They're right... I am a freak." She recalled the insults of those men when she and Siegfried went out for the first time. And also recalled how he dealt with them despite all of it happening so fast. And while silently bawling, "I'm so useless...! and so helpless...!"
The rain was pouring out but Lily didn't care, she didn't care that her clothes and hair became wet again, nor was she sitting on the grimy pavement. She's beginning to lose hope that someone might find her. (I'm scared! I'm so scared...! Help me... Please! Anyone...!)
Then she felt something warm, dry, and soft wrapped around her shoulders and back then felt a hand touch her head and a deep and tired voice softly said, "Sitting on the pavement is quite unsanitary." Lily opened her eyes and looked above; there a shining glimmer of hope is in the form of a foreign man with platinum-blond hair looking down on her as he held her head. Her crying self was filled with relief and she latched onto the man, causing them to fall over with her legs tied around his body.
"Siegfried...!" she said, "Siegfried...!" and again, "Siegfried...! You're here! You're actually here!" she cried once more but not from despair but from relief that her Host finally found her, she hugged him tightly and cried on his shoulder. Siegfried not really sure what to do just sat there, and gently caressed her head to comfort her, after a decent moment of her crying Siegfried said, "Finally, I found you." She stopped crying and started sniffling, "You got lost, did you?" he calmly said, and Lily with her face buried in Siegfried's chest, nodded, she sniffled once more. After a few silent seconds went by he asked, "Can you walk?" she shook her head, "I see..." he whispered, "Come, I'll carry you on my back." And away they went, Siegfried carried Lily. The rain went from pouring to being a slight drizzle as Lily was silent for a couple of minutes before muttering, "Thank you..." Siegfried glanced and grunted, "Hm?" she shook her head, "Thank you, Siegfried. For finding me..." he scoffed, "Consider it an obligation. Anything that happens to you, will reflect on me, Lily." She chuckled and smiled with relief, "Sure. Sure." She said so in a teasing tone, and Siegfried grunted in exasperation, "I'd scold you for being late. But..." he hesitated momentarily, and Lily looked at him intently, "But you getting lost is punishment enough..." she snuggled her head onto his back and smiled with comfort and relief. "I'll take a look at your scrape; we need to treat it before it gets infected." But Lily wasn't paying attention she was just glad that she was found, then they went to the place where earlier Lily was being catcalled and ostracized by a group of delinquent high school students, she closed her eyes and braced herself for the insults but nothing happened and slowly opened her eyes as she saw all of them lying on the ground, deeply battered, bruised and beaten to a pulp with their faces unrecognizable from before.
She asked, "What happened here?" Siegfried shrugged and scoffed, "Who knows..." "They were already like that when I arrived here." But something in Lily's stomach made her think that he had something to do with it, but decided to ignore it.
After a few more minutes they finally arrived back home, Siegfried opened the door, and said exclaimed, "We're home!" Then Ivanna and Mina rushed towards the front door to meet them, "Lily!" Cried by both of them, "Moo...! Lily where have you been?" Mina questioned, "Your clothes, they're soaking wet! W-What happened?" cried Ivanna, Lily laughed with a hint of embarrassment, "Nya... I uh, I got lost..." she muttered, "You what!?" yelled out the both of them, and she laughed nervously, "And scraped my knee..." Siegfried sighed, "Ivanna could you please give Lily a dry towel?" she nodded and went to the bathroom, "And Mina?" she was startled, "Y-Y-Yes!?" he continued, "Can you please carry Lily and place her on the couch?" Lily defiantly rejected, "No!" before softly saying, "I can walk, at least towards the couch..." Siegfried let her down gently and tried to walk before her injured legs gave in, but thankfully Mina caught her just in time, "Jeez, Lily, please don't force yourself." And acted as her crutch, she then apologized promptly, "Sorry, Mi-mi," and walked into the living room and placed her on the couch. After a while, Siegfried took a look at her scrape before treating it, "Luckily it's just a scrape." He said, "But the impact of when you fell down caused a minor sprain." She whimpered nervously, "How long do you think it'll heal? Will it leave a mark?" he shrugged, "Your scrape and sprain? 4 days or so, give or take. And no, it won't leave a mark." Mina and Ivanna both breathed a sigh of relief, "My... Thank goodness." Mina's nervousness subsided as Siegfried said that Lily was going to be all right, "Oof, I'm glad that it's not that serious." Lily fidgeted nervously, "Everyone, I'm sorry for making you all worry." Mina and Ivanna smiled warmly and their faces filled with relief, "It is fine, Lily. What's important is that you are safe and all right." Mina nodded vigorously in agreement, "Yes, likewise, I'm just glad you're safe!" Mina exclaimed, and Lily muttered, "Everyone..." and smiled widely, "Thank you...!"
"Ivanna, I apologize for leaving you by yourself, I've yet to make lunch for all of you." She tilted her head in question then had a realized look, "Oh! Siegfried you don't need to worry about that. I've made lunch for all of us!" she proudly declared, "Ah..." and had a relieved look, and looked at Ivanna and expressed gratitude, "I see. Thank you." She had a jovial yet embarrassed look as her ears reddened, "Lily I'll treat your wound now. Are you ready?" Lily steeled, and exclaimed, "I'm ready!" he nodded, stood up, and brought out a small tub filled with water and a white towel hanging at the rim. "First, we'll clean the wound and rinse off the debris..."
A FEW MINUTES LATER...
"Ahh...!" Moaned Lily, "Not so hard..." and Siegfried thought, (You would be doing me a favor by not moving so much...) He touched her scrape with a disinfected cotton ball to wipe the scrape, Lily hissed in pain, "Ah!" and she covered her eyes. "Alright, time to apply the disinfectant. He got a bottle and poured a small amount of it onto a cotton ball and slowly applied it to her scrape, she did her best to endure the pain while moaning, "Nyaaaa...!" then the treatment is over, "And finished." Lily sneezed, and Siegfried remarked, "Ah. I should've seen this one coming. You played with those kids earlier, right? From the bridge?" she looked up, "Nya...? How'd you know?" he stood up, "I asked around if they'd seen a Nekomata girl walking about." He dusted off his hands and softly said, "After eating lunch, be sure to drink some cold medicine." He walked to his room to place the First-Aid Kit back in his personal bathroom, but before he did, he advised Lily, "Oh, and Lily?" she looked at Siegfried while still sitting on the couch who sniffed her runny nose, "Nya?" he continued, "Be sure to take a warm bath, and rest, okay?" she chuckled as she nodded, "Hehe, okay..." and Lily thought, (He's so nice... So kind, and caring...) she giggled to herself, and went to the table to eat lunch with the others.
*STORY 2*
"Ramen." Muttered weakly by Lily.
Siegfried who was washing the dishes overheard her muttering, "Hm?" and again she repeated the same thing, "Ramen..." He placed his hand near his ear as if to boost his hearing, then finally, "RAMEN!" cried Lily, "I want to eat Ramen, nya!"
Then Siegfried said, "Oh." And proceeded to continue washing the dishes as if he didn't hear anything.
Lily waited for a few awkward seconds for Siegfried's further response, before she pouted and got angry, saying, "Nya! That's it!? That's your reaction!?" Siegfried feigned ignorance, Lily now angered unleashed a barrage of light and harmless scratches to Siegfried's back, and much to his annoyance.
Mina peeked near the kitchen to see what's the commotion about, "What's going on here?" she timidly said and saw a Lily scratching Siegfried and Siegfried paying no mind to it and continuing to wash the plates. "Did I... miss something?" wondered Mina as she tilted her head in confusion, then Lily went crawling to Mina, "Mimi...! Siegfried's bullying me...!"
Siegfried sighed and dried his hands with his apron, "Fine. You want to eat ramen? Then we'll go and eat some ramen." Her tearful expression exploded into an expression of euphoria, "Really!?" and Siegfried nodded in confirmation, "Really." (To be honest, I haven't had any ramen in a while since I arrived here in March with Mr. Heinz.) And poor Mina was just as confused as she was before. "Ehhh...?"
A FEW HOURS LATER...
Near the entrance of the shopping district, Siegfried and the others were wearing their casual attires. Out of the trio, Lily was the most excited to try ramen for the first time as Ivanna and Mina were also looking forward to this new experience. As Lily was chanting, 'Ramen! Ramen! Ramen!' excitedly, as they made their way to the restaurant. They entered a dirty alleyway between two buildings, the muck, the grime showed in the pavement and side of the building. And Ivanna asked, "Mr. Siegfried, are you sure that we're going in the right direction?" Siegfried without looking at Ivanna, grunted in approval, "Yes" the way he marches forward seems to imply that he's been here before... then at the end of the alley lies a sign that said: 'Ramen Matsumoto' on the sign on the side of the restaurant said: "Established in 1887" apart from its bizarre location, the shop itself wasn't anything special, it looked like any other ramen shops in Tokyo. As they were on the side of the entrance of the shop, Lily asked Siegfried, "Hey, Siegfried. How'd you know about this place?" He glanced at Lily and answered, "I consulted Mr. Heinz about his recommendations and this is the place where he recommended for us."
Lily, Ivanna, and Mina responded with realization, "Ahh... I see." And Siegfried thought, (Well, this is also the place where Mr. Heinz introduced Japanese Cuisine to me for the first time.)
In their conversations it read:
Siegfried: Lily wants to try Ramen. Any recommendations?
Mr. Heinz: Oh really?
Siegfried: Yes.
Mr. Heinz: Now, now. Hold your Centaurs, I'm thinking one up from the top of my head.
Mr. Heinz: 💡
Siegfried: What?
Mr. Heinz: Remember that Ramen shop that was nearby the shopping district?
Siegfried: Which one?
Mr. Heinz: You know the one.
Mr. Heinz: When I welcomed you to Japan when you arrived here for the first time?
Siegfried: Back in Late February/March?
Siegfried: I see. I remember now.
Mr. Heinz: HAHAHA, IKR?
Mr. Heinz: All right, I got work to do ttyl.
Ivanna was a bit uncomfortable with all the dirt and grime surrounding them, and politely urges Siegfried to make them enter the restaurant, "Mr. Siegfried may we please enter now? This place is quite disgusting." Ivanna squirmed with disgust, "Oh. Sorry. Let's go in."
He slid the wooden door open, and the moment the group saw the interior, it was a diamond in the rough, as they opened the door it chimed and the stall-keeper said, "Irasshaimase!" the stall-keeper was a male teenager wearing traditional chef's clothes with a white bandana tied at the top. "Ooh, a gaijin and three Demi-Humans." And Siegfried spoke fluent Japanese, as he held up four fingers with his hand, and the young stall-keeper was briefly impressed before presenting them to their table. Unlike the grimy alleyway outside, the inside of the restaurant was its complete opposite; it was clean and neat, the tables were organized neatly, and many of Japanese décor hang in the restaurant, despite being quite hidden outside, there were some people inside eating the restaurant's menu. Mostly they were salarymen, some were high-schoolers and others were college students inside the shop's cozy atmosphere.
Siegfried and the others seated at the counter, there a wooden jar of disposable chopsticks, sauces, and garnishes for ramen was waiting for them. Then behind the counter a burly man was cooking the noodles, he paused what he was doing and turned around, he looks like in his early-50's, presumably the owner of this establishment. He wore a similar outfit to the young stall-keeper but with a stern and stoic expression. Individually he asked them for their orders, Lily despite being excited to try ramen, knew little of the types, so she was flustered and had an awkward silence towards the owner as to what to choose.
But the owner was considerate enough to suggest menu items for her, "If it's your first time ordering ramen, I'd recommend the classic Pork Tonkotsu; It's our best-seller."
Panicked she glanced at Siegfried, and he caught her glance and gestured toward the chef with approval. And so that is what she ordered. Now it was Mina's turn to order, when asked, she fumbled with the menu and stuttered as to what to order, sensing she needed help, Ivanna stepped in to aid her, she leaned her head towards Mina and whispered in her ear, upon learning she beckoned to him, "Excuse me, dear sir, she would like a Hakata Pork Tonkotsu Ramen." The owner grunted and nodded his head in acknowledgment, Mina then thanked Ivanna for the last-minute save, "Thank you, Ivanna, I was afraid that I might embarrass myself there and mess up my order." And Ivanna had a warm smile and said, "Do not worry about it, Mina." And sighed, "Though, I wish you could do something about your timidity." And Mina had a weak laugh, "Me too..."
Siegfried beckoned Ivanna's attention and spoke in Japanese, "Ivanna almost all of these contain meat, which is not suitable for Pans such as yourself." She had a realized look, "Oh my, then..." she took a second to decide, but the owner swooped in and suggested, "Demi-Humans such as yourself are the type that can't eat meat, right?" she looked at him and nodded, "Um, that is correct, sir." He suggested, "Then I'd suggest Soba Noodles. They contain no meat, and are served in wasabi and a dipping sauce." Ivanna was pleasantly surprised at his suggestion and ordered that instead, "Good sir, I would like to try your suggestion." And again, he grunted, "Hot or Cold?" and she tilted her head in wonder, "...?" he chuckled as his deep voice rumbled, "They can be served hot or cold. But, since you're new, I'd try hot." And she took that instead.
Then finally it was Siegfried's turn. He faced Siegfried, crossed his arms, and the two locked eyes for a moment. A moment of intensity happened between the two.
Lily, Mina, and Ivanna thought that something was wrong, as neither spoke nor moved, "U-Um..." Lily said nervously, but the owner of the restaurant chuckled lightly, "Heh. Understood." And the girls looked at their Host with a mix of dumbfounding and confusion as their Host glanced at them with an indifferent expression.
Ivanna asked, "Mr. Siegfried, did you...?" and Lily continued, "...said anything to him?" he replied, "I did." "I ordered what I had here last time." And both of their faces lit up with surprise, "Ohhhh, I see."
After a bit, the chef served their orders. Siegfried, Lily, Mina, and Ivanna all opened and raised their bowls to what met them was art in a bowl. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth was thick, rich, exquisite, and packed full of flavor, and the toppings were varied with various garnishes and spices. The trio wowed in amazement, "This looks amazing, nya!" and the owner smirked proudly, "Eat up." And so, they did. Siegfried, Lily, Ivanna, and Mina clasped their hands and said, "Thank you for the food!"
The owner sensing that they were eating ramen for the first time taught the trio how to properly eat the ramen; the Dos and Don'ts of consuming it. Siegfried and the trio enjoyed a hearty Japanese meal. The slurping of the noodles, the drinking of the rich broth, the enjoyment of eating good food. Siegfried nodded in confirmation as to how good the ramen is. And was reminded when he and Mr. Heinz ate here for the first time...
*FLASHBACK*
"What?! It's your first time, here?" asked Mr. Heinz, and Siegfried with very long and messy hair nodded emotionlessly. "I see..." Then, he grinned widely, "Then be prepared! I know a place where this ramen is gonna knock your socks off!" he tilted his head, "Knock my socks off? Why does this ramen will 'knock my socks off'?" asked by Siegfried, as Mr. Heinz looked at him with wonder, "What do you mean? It's a phrase for something amazing that it'll impress you!" He nodded, "I see..." and thought, (An English Phrase... I've yet to learn them properly.)
Then headed to the same ramen shop that he and the trio were eating right now, and ordered. And as the ramen arrived Siegfried mixed the ingredients of the ramen and tasted it was taken aback by how delicious it was, and he grunted and slowly nodded repeatedly in approval, and continued eating, and Mr. Heinz grinned widely and cheerfully. "Delicious, right?" He glanced at Mr. Heinz and nodded, "It is." and continued slurping, and as the two ate together.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
After a while they finally finished, and the trio was satisfied, "Nya... I'm so full..." and Mina mooed in agreement, "I... agree with you, Lily."
Siegfried paid for their food, and was at the entrance of the restaurant, "Thank you for the service, Yamamoto-san. The food was absolutely sublime." The owner smiled warmly, "You three can come back here anytime." He nodded in acknowledgment, and as they were about to leave, Yamamoto-san; the owner, continued, "Oh and, please tell my regards to Weber-san, he's been a loyal customer here after all." And again, Siegfried nodded, "I will." And left the place full and satisfied.
As they were walking in the shopping district, Siegfried asked the trio about their experience, "So, um..." he struggled to say the words out of embarrassment, "Did you three enjoy the place, I chose?" He asked with a hint of worry and uncertainty in his voice.
Lily smiled widely, "Of course, that was the best ramen I've ever had!" and Ivanna and Mina replied with the same sentiment as Lily, "That was quite delicious if I do say so myself, Siegfried. You chose a fine place." And, Lily asked Mina, "It was so delish! Don't nya think so, Mina?" she nodded her head timidly and shyly said, "Yes, their moodles are so yummy. I couldn't help but eat more of it!" and smiled warmly in satisfaction.
Siegfried faced forward and had a look of relief, relieved that they enjoyed their first ramen. "We'll go again next time, and try a different place." Lily beamed with excitement, "Really!?" and he nodded with approval, "Really."

Subject: The Nation of Adamas. Pt.2 (2/3)
"Not much is known about the Kingdom of Adamas, except that they are nearly a century and a half behind in technology, according to the surveyors that were invited to the country. We are unsure as to why they're late, for not much is revealed about them. But the Knights of Nights were the first to introduce them and welcome them in the United Nations in open arms, and selected a few to aid the progression of technology and lives of their citizens."
