This expression was something Azrail had never gotten to see for himself in his first life. As he thought so, the door to the room opened up.
Valencia, in all her glory, walked in, her eyes falling on her sleeping mother. An expression of relief and a hint of happiness filled her face at the situation. Valencia had lived all her life with her mother, keeping a strong front in front of her, trying to protect her in the cage they were locked up in. After those times, she had never seen her mother relax, not even once.
"She finally seems relaxed."
Valencia spoke out, to which Azrail nodded his head.
