Countess Rebinya led Drov, the most formidable farmer of Deloge City and a high-level Magic Earth Wizard, along the newly built rammed earth road, passing through Iron Sand City and Rapids Fortress, and crossing a steel-structured bridge. After taking a sharp turn, they finally arrived outside Northern Wind City.
The sights along the way left Countess Rebinya dumbfounded, "Has it changed this much? Why is Northern Wind City developing so well? Isn't this supposed to be a desert? Why are there so many trees?"
