Ange worked on his garden late into the night. Albert had long since reached his limit and, filled with questions, had fallen asleep. He probably spent his entire life puzzling over why a reborn Lord Holy Spirit would become obsessed with farming.
When he finished, Ange found a secluded spot. He invoked his Ground Cracking Technique and quickly sank into the sand, burying himself.
In unfamiliar places, skeletons preferred to bury themselves. It felt safer that way.
Once properly buried, Ange withdrew his consciousness. After what felt like a long journey, he returned to his own body.
"Kvada! Finally, you've decided to come back. I thought you had died." A number of people came over, among which Negris's voice stood out the most.
Ange turned around to see everyone surrounding him, their faces filled with concern and curiosity.
